Dunno about the fact its with your boss though, theres an element of power going on there.....and where theres power then things arent equal. "No strings sex" in this context means that she, as your boss, has no strings,
but she has you by the short hairs. You're damned if you do, and damned if
you don't. Best advice is to play along and hope you can line up another job
before it blows up in your face. Also, as another suggested, document every
encounter. Make sure you at least have the option for a discrimination lawsuit
if you get canned, which in all likelihood you will at some point. Do you
understand that this was a totally bonehead thing to do, to have ever gotten
sexually involved with your boss?

Posted: 5/27/2009 7:24:14 PM | according to one of a thousand training films and tests I had to take for the University (If I don't know how to sexually harass now I never will) they stamp a big NO on that, not to mention the age old saying "don't fu#* your paycheck" and "don't dip your pen in the company ink well" It has been my experience age old sayings are age old for a reason but I do not judge, what ever floats your boat but treading dangerous waters! Maybe get her to role play and secretly record the "boss" demanding a little OT and extra caricular activities to keep job. Play it off as role play then take recording in and sue for all you can  That way if it does hit the fan you will leave with something! | |

Everyone involved is doing it because it feels good for them. It is just an act, like going to the park, shopping, or doing anything else you enjoy.
Other then people trying to have a baby, The only other reason we have sex is because it feels sooo good. So why complicate it further by strings or emotions or all that other corney stuff.
Now some of you are thinking....."I have sex because it brings me closer to someone, because I want to show love, blah blah blah....
BUT wouldnt it be more fulfilling if you had that mental connection outside of just having sex with someone to show "love"?

Posted: 5/28/2009 2:55:25 PM | Sex with no strings attached, it does exist, however, this is a opinion, only ... with the high sex drive of today, and really there are lot of people that do it, I am guilty of it, but sex is great, exiting, with someone that is kind of forbiden, the boss for example, but excitement, can turn to regret, not a good thing. Never mix pleasure with work, never... not a good thing. Hell there are lot more people to get, out of the work place. It maybe a good idea now, only, because your thinking sexually... not logicaly; However, I think sex for the saking of having it, why not, you'll either get tired, of it, because it isn't a very fufilling live, still lonely... but the fact of having sex, and sharing your most tender, soft, pulled back imotions, well now... that is sexual... :)

But it takes two people who genuinely like and respect each other, have good chemistry sexually, but both know that a real relationship of bf/gf is not going to work for them. The only way is for that person to be your friend while you are in a relationship, or whatever, but when you are free, you hang together, have sex, talk and enjoy each other's company. It is very hard to build a relationship like this, it takes time, understanding, and a true caring about the other person.
That is NOT going to happen with your boss. Be prepared to lose your job when you cut her off. She is likeing what she is getting, and may even be deluding herself into believin this is a real relationship, but it is unequal because she has financial power over you, which makes you forced to perform for her if you want to keep you job.
Hon, you've attempted to break it off, and she goes for the 'Sex with no Strings' ploy. She is basically saying she does not want the relationship to end, and will call it whatever you like to keep you sleeping with her. Sex=love for most women, and in this case it also involves power.
Start looking for another job while you document your entire affair, including pictures and dates and texts and emails. That way when she fires you, your sexual harrassment case will be easier to win. Don't fool yourself into thinking she cares so much about you she would never do anything to hurt you. You cut it off from a woman, and she will turn love into hate. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned......it's something you better get in your head.

Sleeping with others without strings may work for a time but I've never seen it work for any length of time without strings attached. Since you've already slept with the boss, there is no going back and I have to wonder how much longer you will be working there. Especially if and when co-workers find out. Sleeping with a co-worker, especially a boss is always not a good choice and never without strings. | |

Well, maybe, but . . . . if we can only ask questions for which we have no hint of answers within us, these forums will be bare indeed.
OP,Thomas Jefferson, a rich source of great quotes, warned against "entangling alliances". I have had no-strings sex, but in college, and then in the Navy. Meh. It's way more intriguing, and worthwhile even, to plug into her other connectors as well. Spelunking, and exploring dark caverns in the broader sense, is exciting, probably because it is a little scary. There are no social diseases in caves, but there are bats. An NSA event could very well become a Glenn Close too-close-for-comfort adventure.
Nah, when approaching and entering caves, I rely on all my senses. My dyk is quite blind, deaf and definitely dumb, and its reports from new landings on fresh lunar surfaces are invariably only rosy. It is not the best way to probe new frontiers.
Besides, I have never wanted a woman just once, or even for just one day/night. Even in my instant gratification phases. In theory, I guess, the sex alone could bring each copulant back another day. In practice, there needs to be more. | |

Why do you think she doesn't want any strings? She's either married or KNOWS that taking advantage of the power differential that if found out,could effect how people see her as an authority figure within the company.I say....tell her in order to continue to use you,you want a RAISE! That is before she get's sick of you and you become a professional liability to her. Forbidden passion is intense,but it has it's consequences.
