Or i'll put my tunes in my ears and go walking or to the gym. Or i'll go swimming because after I'm too tired to think. Or if it's a bad case of the misery i'll cook a load of bad for you food whilst listening to 1xtra or get a bottle of rum or 2,my best mate and get drunk with her. | |

Put on some music have a couple of cold beers do some cooking or go down the pub or walk Bam my dog or phone my Mum and Dad. All in no particular order just depends on my mood. | |

It's very rare I get down but if I do have an off day I usually either buy a lovely bottle of wine, have very long pampering hot bath (the works), then lounge like a total slob & watch films, drink wine & eat either pizza or cheese & biscuits.
If during the day then loud cheesy music & sing very badly & loudly.
Or failing that run to my local where I know quite a few of the football crowd that will have me in stitches of laughter by the end of the evening.
If not amusing myself then I do prefer to be in the company of lots of friends & social life & that always keeps me laughing & lifts me. | |

Posted: 7/30/2009 3:09:58 PM | A bath with nirvana spa chocolate waffle bubble bath and really good book. The water just got cold while I read about 8 chapters of Twilight. I know, its a kids book but damn its good and it cheered me up. Of course a boozy evening with my girlfriends always does the trick too. Sometimes a boozy afternoon too. Roll on tomorrow  | |
