So why do I bother waking up at the crack of dawn or only sleeping 16 hours a work week so I can go to the gym for 30 in a 6 day week?.... Darlin, You should be doing this only for YOU!! it makes YOU feel better, it puts YOU in a better situation, it keeps YOU maintain a healthy body and mind , and helps YOU grow as a person! We do these things so that when that special someone does come into our lives, they compliment us, We do not need them to complete us..

Darlin, You should be doing this only for YOU!! Agree with THAT TOTALLY! It appears from the OP's post(s) that he made some external changes and is still as angry and even more disappointed that he's still not attracting any different type of women. It's a severe disconnect IMO, there was an expected result and when it wasn't achieved it seems there's not pride or joy in the changes that were made. THAT, to me, is sad. I can't think of another word.
