Any specific reason why one can't load profile pages this morning? I have cable hookup that's lightning fast and everything else on the site is loading fine. Try to look at a profile...turtle time.

so, right there, that explains a lot
you know, half of the province is down with Brown outs
and , there's other things to worry about up there....other than the Pond site
things such as.....Is the Ice Ouwt Yet?
going to the lake for the weekend, should I pack my bathing suit, or ice auger.
yeah, it's loadin a bit slow...but who cares...there's other sites that load fast

Posted: 6/12/2009 5:43:54 AM | Site has been down too much to gauge loading speed. For the last three weeks, in the poetry threads, it has been a chore to post anything on longer threads. The ones that have many pages almost always show "server error", and when they do post, it takes forever.
Navigating around the site is sometimes faster, sometimes slower! Today, can't access mail page, can't login, can't view profiles. Onlt thing working is the forums. | |

Posted: 6/12/2009 7:09:56 AM | Getting a lot of "Server Busy" responses. Happens at various times of the day. Have never gotten that type of response prior to this.
Generally - when these occur - things are loading really slow if at all
Thought at first it might have to do with school being out for summer and kids playing -if others are getting the same - maybe that's not it | |

Posted: 6/12/2009 3:00:48 PM | Lately, upon several occassions, mostly early mornings or peak periods at Eastern Standard Time here, I have had problems with the page loading up.
I have a white screen that comes up with black lettering informing me that ..."Web Server Is Too Busy".....
Might I mention I miss the old Userplane Feature??? but that is another topic!
