Yes, many of the new comers (fresh of the boat) come here in search of a new life which americans make it seem to be all about money, so why not, If a guy is willing to financially support us, by all means, thats what americans are all about what you have materialisticlly then emotionally. The truth hurts, but its reality.

Smart, honest, affectionate, hard-working, beautiful... the kind of woman any man'd give his right arm for. She was the best. 
I didn't date her because I thought she was vulnerable. She was tough, a survivor, a real go-getter. I admired her ethics and integrity as much as her legs.  | |

That is complete baloney. Obviously those white men have no experience dating Asian women. They just talk like they know...
I'm half white and I mostly date Asian and Hispanic women. Trust me, Asian women are not submissive or naive at all. In fact, I think they have given me the biggest headaches!
But I'm from Los Angeles and the dating pool seems to be overflowing with Asian women. So I think it's more of a result of our environment changing and the races and cultures starting to blend. I do find them very attractive along with Hispanic woman though. Something that seems to have grown on me over the last ten years or so. I'm sure if I was around mostly black women I would start loving them too :) | |

From what I've experienced, the westernization is not a real positive result. At least, a lot of Asian guys have (agreed). Materialism and shallowness is more common than submissive traits. The submissive stuff is a myth made up by middle-aged men who might have watched too many Madam Butterfly movies. However, the negative impact is shared by a large percentage of women. Guys should look into becoming hermits and eccentrics. | |

Posted: 8/17/2006 8:28:21 PM | I've had this conversation with lots of people. i tend to prefer caucasian men myself, and BASED ON MY OWN experience, they have been far sweeter, appreciative and loving than any other race I've dated. That's why I, as an asian female, prefer white guys.
They've told me that women of their own race are competitve and are so busy doing everything that they don't get what they want often--balance is difficult. Caucasian men love the combination of sugar and spice that asian women often have going on--most of us are not ignorant in any way, but we pick and choose our battles and save our energy for the important stuff. And we aren't afraid to fight for what we really want. Many men are just aching for some girl to tell him that he better behave or they'll lose you, and many asian women let men know what's at stake--we can make them walk the line with the best of them, and truly embody qualities that, if lost, would really be a great loss... | |

Posted: 8/17/2006 8:36:30 PM | I know that i can go to work at my job, do my thing to ensure tomorrow's leaders aren't all idiots, (which requires quite a bit of skill, might i add) go home and take care of business and not break a sweat doing it...and you know what, we are picky, and bossy--because we won't just make do with anybody, he's going to work his butt off making us happy to deserve such good treatment...
That idea above is a myth...we take pride in many things, are often sexy but not really subservient although we are willing to experiment to please our man-- but not because we are desperate or cheap. | |

2. Because they have higher intelligence and therefore make better wives.
3. Because Asians are more family orientated and divorce far less often while most white women will look for any excuse to divorce so they can have complete control of the children and use the family courts to rob the man of his money.
4. Because Asian women are more honorable and trustworthy.
5. Because Asian women are harder working and recognize that a marriage is fifty-fifty while white women are lazy and expect everything to be given to them and make only token efforts to make the marriage work.
Not all white women are like the above. My mother is one of the few exceptions. | |

Nolemons, I have no ax to grind. I'm just pointing out facts. While it is true there are good white girls, compared to Asian girls they are not a good risk for marriage. Some facts are:
1. While it is somewhat subjective most men consider Asian women more feminine than white women.
2. Around the world, the average IQ for East Asians centers around 106; for Whites, about 100. Google: Intelligence I.Q. White Asian
3. Divorce Rates: White: 10.2%. Asian: 4.3%. Goggle: Divorce rate White Asian.
4. Asians have a lower rate if illegitimacy and a lower crime rate than whites.
5. When I go to a Chinese restaurant the service by Asian women is usually excellent. At other restaurants, the service by white girls is occasionally very good, but usually poor to average. That is just one example of how lazy white women are compared to Asian women.
6. Women, especially white women, initiate almost all the divorces and since the family courts will award the women the children and a large portion of the man’s money, marriage to a white woman is very poor risk.
7. White women are so spiteful and sound like they don’t trust and like men. I see it in all their negative comments in the forums.
8. White women believe they are due some entitlement just for being a woman. For example, in one post a teenage mother with two children by two different men was complaining that single white guys were reluctant to date her.
9. Compared to Asian girls, white girls are so trashy as shown by the much higher rates of never married teenage moms and it is the white girls, not Asian girls, that seem to be getting all the tattoos, eyebrow piercings, belly piercings, tongue piercing, and piercings in unmentionable places. Now I will admit that not all men believe that most tattoos and such piercings on a girl are trashy, but certainly I do.
I will be the first to admit that not all white women fit the above descriptions and many marriages to white girls are very successful. However, just like travel by a motorcycle is more risky than travel by a car, marriage to a white girl is more than twice as risky as marriage to an Asian girl. | |
