Everytime I start talking to a caucasian man I always get the " you know I've never had a chinese girl before" like wat the hell is this dealing of "having" one.
Asian guys have never been attracted to me, I'm probably a little more ample than they like ( but they have no problem with my bosoms though!)
Alot of asian women are goldiggers (I didn't say all, but alot), if you go downtown you see these GORGEOUS asian women with these pinner looking asian boyfriends of there's and they are all rocking the prada and guccis, yeah they really like you for your personality. I have friends like these, I know how it works.
I think there's a stigma attached to asian women, that we are submissive, a great fu k and us being toit as a tiger, I guess they just want to see if there is any truth to that.
Caucasian women don't really have much of a stigma attached to them
Neither do really any nationalities that I know of.
My girlfriend who is caucasian actually said to me, "Stop taking our white men jojo, keep your asian boys to yourself"
Hey its not fault that's whom i mostly attract and black men.
^^^ it bothers me that MOST people, not the poster in particular, are ignorant of geography. The most logical definition of "Asian" is people who live on the continent of Asia. This makes some white Russians (who are Caucasions), Indians, and Itanians, Iraqis are all Asians.
Therefore, Caucasion refers to a single race, while "Asian" refer to more than half of the world population and at least five of the world's major civilizations. US government started to use the word "Asian". People, please stop spreading this ignorant notion.

Posted: 11/7/2006 12:27:18 AM | Well, I do not know about all Asians, or Caucasians for that matter. But I am Asian, so I know what men tell me. And I know that I prefer Caucasians over other races because of the simplicity and acceptance factor into the family. If it were a Persian or East Indian...it would be trouble. Any Asians that I have been attracted to just have not had chemistry with me, and the ones that like me...remind me of my father...try thinking of getting married to your father. Not happening in my mind. Just easier to go with a Caucasian dude.
Any Caucasian man that has messaged me or approached me based on the fact that I am Asian usually has "Yellow Fever".
They state normally if in chat that they like Asian's slender frames...which I am not, I'm quite muscular, although very fit.
They do tell me that they like my complexion. Soft skin, eyes and hair.
But usually it is because of the attitude, or perhaps lack of.
I know that my family has raised women in the nurturing role to avoid conflict. This does not mean you get walked all over. But it is to go the extra mile to do things for your man to avoid a preventable arguement. Most people would agree that too many arguments can be stressful and a great strain on a relationship. In a way this liberates you both from unnecessary relationship strain.
A man does not necessarily have to tell you what he wants, sometimes he will, but if a woman is intuitive of her man...she will know. Little things, such as knowing what makes his environment comfortable. That can make a world of difference after a hard day at work. This is why some men, like some Asian girls so much. We know when and where to turn on the fire...and when and where not to.
And a happy man will do a whole lot more for you than one that is pissed at you or on the defensive all the time. | |

Translation: "I have never been in an interracial relationship with a woman from your culture before, and I think you need to know that up front so that you may be prepared for any potential awkwardness that may come from the differences in our upbringing."

Such trappings are symbolic of financial success... and financial success is very important in eastern societies. Materialism is a side effect of being wealthy.

Maybe they are taking all the 300 lb white women  or white women on welfare that we don't want anyways. But most decent white women don't like black men. However, Asian women usually never date black men so for this reason I have much respect for them. Usually Asian women date Asian men or Caucasian men. | |

It is because we can! North America is the melting pot of the world! It's not looked badly upon us who we couple up with! I think it's truly a great thing.We are creating a whole new race of people.
Depending on your ideal of physical beauty, maybe it's not unequivocably "great" but rather just inevitable. Evidently a huge number of people find the differences to be enormously appealing, and that is partly the basis of this thread. I find it highly ironic that when races mix and produce kids, the parents could be likely to perceive -- given their earlier predispositions -- their own children to be less attractive than their spouse ! If I had produced kids with my Thai ex, would I think my daughter to be tragically lacking her mother's golden skin and almond eyes? Would my girlfriend think the addition of my lighter eyes and italian nose made our kids doubly attractive? I guess one's perspective as a parent, and as a mate are two different things. Mixes can produce stunning results, but in the end we as a race of human beings are becoming homogenized... mixed into an undifferentiated mass of similar characteristics. If the human need to be attracted to the "other" is a human constant, then it will be quite amusing to see the equivalent of this thread 300 years from now. It might read something like "Why Do I see More Light-Medium Mocha Men Dating Medium-Mocha Women?" We will probably be chasing really minute racial differences by that point, and making many of the same stupid comments. I guess we should celebrate our differences now, because they surely won't last. In the end, that's probably a good thing, since it will banish racism. But something will be lost in the variety of the human existence. | |

of two simple reasons.
1- There are more Asians here than ever before
2- The ethnic barriers that once prevented this evaporated a few decades ago.
Where I live, caucasian males are the minority. It only make statistical sense that
a large percentage of dates will be with non-white women.

Posted: 11/10/2006 9:00:31 AM | Even though there's an increase in this particular pairing, it's still not true that more white men date or prefer Asian women. There's so many biased misconceptions. One of the most common is the individual who describes the supposed physical attributes of an Asian woman: slender, petite, etc. Often along with this statement one will state particular(s) Asian women who work out to maintain their physical appearance. Or they may state something along the line of white women let themselves go. It just doesn't register that it's only their personal perception, and it doesn't in any way speak for the majority. This is why you have ridiculous internet blogs titled "Why white men prefer Asian women". So inevitably you would have a white person see that and say to themselves "oh really? I didn't know that. Thanks for letting me know what my taste is". See how ridiculous this comes across?
The facts: If an Asian woman diets and works out, natural science will reward her with a nice appearance. However, the same holds absolutely true with white, hispanic, and black women. Someone with an Asian bent (or what's refered to as yellow fever) may not even notice this depending on how strong their bent is. I live in an area with many Asians. I can tell you that most of them 'don't' work out. They may not eat much, but they certainly don't work out on any noticable basis. So consequently there's a tendency for them to have a skinny pale demeanor. What asiaphiles don't understand is that this is unnattractive to repulsive to many white, black, and hispanic males. So consequently, to many white males, even an overweight white woman will be far more sexually alluring than a pale underweight Asian woman.
I remember a few years ago I was with an old friend of mine. He was (haven't seen him in about 4 years) what some would refer to as a stud type. Basically has a fair amount of sexual activity largely due to the fact that he's divorced and single. One day I took him to a Vietnamese coffee shop where there was a good number of Vietnamese young ladies. His comment while viewing this scenery was "why don't these girls have any meat on their bones?" Now an asiaphile would of been drooling all over himself in this setting. Was there something wrong with my friend? Not at all! He had a healthy view of women. He just didn't like Asian women. In other words, what some of you complain about as being fat, he would find them alluring. Not that he specifically likes overweight women. It's just that like an asiaphile would like a skinny to well built Asian, this person would like an overweight to well built white women. This is far more common than asiaphiles realize.
Another thing is, quite a few whites really don't care for the facial features of Asian women. | |

Basically, the WM/AF phenomenon is similar to a cult following. Like a cult band or movie. The majority takes no interest, but the ones that do are die-hards. Take the movie "The Rocky Horror Picture Show", one of the worst movies of all time. As far as I recollect, it didn't win any Acadamy Awards by any means. Yet every Friday night a bunch of weirdos will dress up like freaks and attend their local Art movie house to see it. Most people wouldn't like the movie, but there's enough that do to of gained attention. Just like the WM/AF phenomenon, it's garnered enough attention to of had some articles on it, but it doesn't speak for the majority. Ever notice that most Hollywood actors don't date/marry Asian females? Yes there's some, but not the majority. If AFs were the 'true' desirable female race, wouldn't they of all people be dating them?
What's happened is that enough 'noise' has been made by white males that have aquired that preference to get some people to take it as fact. However, consider the fact that the many white males that don't prefer Asian females say very little. They don't bash Asian females. They're basically indifferent. You don't see websites titled "White men that don't like Asian Women", or blogs like "Why White Men Don't Like Asian Women"! | |

and I've talked to them about it, and most of them have told me that they have very little interest in men of their own race. that they'd much prefer a white guy. A few said they just didn't find them very attractive, and 1 said that she wanted a guy who looked as little like her brother as possible.... so that's what i know on the matter | |

I feel when they say "asians" my conceopt usually is include "Chinese, Japanese, Koreans" not others. The reason i thought was they can't differntiate the three. | |

Maybe. That means they don't "cut thier men off" as punishment for not agreeing on some stupid little arguement before bed. Could thier citizenship have anything to do with it? How about Social status (amongst thier own).
Ya know, some men just have to boast about thier "sexual exploits" and it really pisses off a lot of women. Well some women SHOULD see the other side as they give thier GFS the play-by-play, or the "why does he like this" or "why does he like that".
I refuse to platy that game with anyone and will cut any who ask out of my circles for prying into the personal stuff of my relationships. But I am not "mainstream" to start with anyhow so bite me! Use that thing one your heads damn it! | |

everyone knows that asian would technically mean persons in Asia. But it's commonly accepted now, as the term that people used to use instead of oriental. and there's nothing wrong with that
frankly there was nothing wrong with the word oriental. Until a handful of know-it-all dweebs like you started saying (after pushing your glasses up to the bridge of your nose and folding your hands pretentiously) "oriental is a term for a rug, not a person!".
it's a word that we use, and everyone understand the meaning. just like when I say you're a doosh bag, i don't think you're a hygene product.
