Yes, I've noticed the whole, ASIAN+CAUCASION thing. Almost every cook at my work LOVES asians. The reason is --I can only say this bluntly--- "cuz their TOIGHT!" Asians also tend to age slower...I mean if you meet a 30 year old asian, chances are they look 15 still. Which I think is gross. But I'm not a man with a penis!
Sometimes I forget I'm Asian...only because no white dude has hit on me yet. I do like caucasion men but only because I don't find Asian men attractive AT ALL--not initially, at least.

and as for the aging thing..haha...sometimes my mom and i will go out to the mall...and then they'll mistake my 48yr old mom for an older sis. as in like..me the baby of 4 kids older sis.lol.
[I was either hidden from them, or not accepted since I was white. On the other hand, my family always respected who I chose to date and never said a word. But that may also be a gender thing, not many parents tell their sons who they can and cannot date. The family strain on her side usually spelled the demise of all my relationships. Widdletezer maybe I am the so called nerdy type that these Asian women are attracted to but hey I ain't complaining :)] ...sigh..oh so true...:( i havent had a bf yet. yes, i kno, kinda hard/pathetic to believe...isnt it? im friggen ..how old? 19. and no bf yet. all cause my parents are and can be so intimidating. and plus i have one older bro. it's us two kids. and then the one time he diiid have a gf...which only lasted 3 months...truly..it was my parents who were the demise to these two lovedoves!! :(:( and now, i find myself on here. cause my superduper overprotective parents wouldnt even let me out of hte house much in hs. and so, im kinda at times overly/super shy and kinda awkward in social situations. tho, two semesters at college and away from home haaaave helped me out immensely. and now im coming to my senses and seeing the tiny unspoken things between my mom and dad that say: no, she's that age now, and we have to shelter our girl! - mom dad, please! let me grow up! ive already gone past u guys! and yet u are still stuck on holding onto the image of that lil girl in overalls and helping dad with the car! and here's another asiany question...why is that it seems to be that asian parents are so friggen overprotective and sheltering? we caaan stand on our two feet ya kno, and can and will brush ourselves off and get up again. and again.

There are certainly social economics and media stereotype behind the phenomenon. Also, I think the equation is has two sides: Caucasian man and "Asian" woman. (I think by "Asian", most peopel meant "Sinic Asian".) It is also the preference of some "Asian" women, who, particularly those with self-identiy issues/inferiority Syndrome, are attracted to White male. | |

See, you nailed it, blastkist...well sort of. I was expecting this response from someone, and couldn't believe it took so long to find it!
First, I think we need to define 'Asian women'. I'm going to assume we're talking about Asian women who haven't been immersed in western culture.
Most of it is about Asian women seeming more 'feminine', which is not the same as ‘submissive’, though the two are no doubt related.
Asian women give the impression of submission, but they are not particularly submissive. They just pick their battles better... meaning that as a rule, they’re not as confrontational as western women. I think people interpret this as being submissive, but it is probably more passive-aggressive.
The pendulum seems to have swung to the opposite end of the scale in western society, where the culture has apparently (and as mindlessly) accepted that men are fairly pitiful creatures who need to be directed in everything, and who deserve whatever ill treatment they get from women. So, part of why Asian women are attractive to western men is because Asian women tend not to be ‘in their faces’, confronting them, and therefore don’t appear to be running the relationship. So yes, there is a ‘submissive’ connection, but I think not quite in the way you’re looking at it. Also, Asian women still tend to see themselves as responsible for looking after the house (which, admittedly, is probably very much about submission).
Combine the above with the fact that most Asian women are smaller in stature, still seem to prefer their hair longer, and often speak more softly than men, and the attraction (for some men) becomes almost irresistible.
I say that this feminine element is the operative force, though, because once involved with an Asian woman, it doesn’t take a man long to realise that her submissive nature is not what it seems. He is also aware (and it bothers me that this is still the case) that he can still find plenty of western women who will do the housework. Yet he remains attracted to the Asian. | |

I don't mean to sound rude, but what does it matter? There are people who would ask the same questions about black guys with white girls. You are right to ask these questions, however, the reason why anyone dates someone else with a different skin color is variable. The ethic appeal could also vary. But don't forget that this could also depend on the past experiences. For instance, as a black guy, I tend to get along better with white girls - white people, in fact - than I would with my fellow blacks. I know it sounds racist, but it doesn't neccesarily mean that I don't like my own kind. It's the experiences I've had with them. Maybe this would apply to the white guys with Asian girls.
I must add that anyone's free to date whoever they wish, because the inside counts, not the outside. :) | |

I don't blame them I've seen some of these LA white girls in action, and they are pretty tough, in fact they can be downright ****y sometimes.
