Here are the 2 main obvious reasons
caucasian men prefer to date Asian women...
1.) The Caucasian man in question may have a smaller than average "u-know-what".
2.) The Caucasian man in question finds the Asian woman to be more submissive than a Caucasian woman. And they are usually quieter and more agreeable as well.

Posted: 5/21/2007 4:05:30 PM | I think that the last message was aiming towards a good point, but missed the mark: There ARE a lot of "mixed couples" these days, because the barriers are breaking down, as people realize that race is less important as far as compatibility goes than many other things. So the asian/white thing is just part of a greater trend.
However, (as has been mentioned previously) the appreciation for family, and moral values that characterized most asian cultures are very attractive, as well as their tendency to stay thinner (on average) and sexual appetite undoubtably contributes. (I would be lying if I denied it)
But seriously: submissive and demure??!! not the ones I meet!! WOW! Have any of you who posted responses like this actually got to know an asian woman!! They can compete with a Latinas for fire, let me tell you! Its just not so public.
PS: Latino women are hot too, there are just less of them (here in Canada, anyway) | |

Every one has the right to voice thier opinion and we Asian doesnt always agree to get a man. About obesity is almost quite right, try to go in the mall and sit and watch people walking and you will find out that what those guys saying are true. I have a best friend who is caucasian and I love her , I help her to eat healthy and to work out, now she is athletic and real happy how she looks, she lost 50 lbs with my help. I have to drag her to the gym even if she was not in the mood, now she work out more than I do. See? We Asian dont hate caucasian women, its not about race its all about what kind of person you are.  | |

People in the Far East usually take two to three showers a day.
Not in China. They had to make special arrangements for me precisely because I required a daily shower or else I'd stink. My ex often didn't wash for days, because she didn't perspire very heavily and it didn't smell when she did.
Their simplicity in diet, along with plenty of seafoods and natural foods, shows in the "freshness" of their skin.
There is a belief 'round those parts that westerners smell bad, and it's because of all the meat in our diets.

It's been drilled into them by centuries of rigid role expectations. It wasn't that long ago where samurai were allowed to put any peasant that didn't show respect to the sword.
It's getting better... my boss (I work for a Japanese company) doesn't expect his employees to use the honorific forms of address when they speak to him in Japanese, but it was noted to me that he's fairly unusual in his down-to-earth behavior. | |

I agree. I met this Japanese man who manages the Canadian office of their well known international trading company. Everyone told me (caucasian people) "he's really nice..." when I talked to him he was very rude and had this superiority complex.
Of course, I am an Asian woman (who appears younger than my age), so what I see will be different from what a Caucasian older man will see. | |

You people are not "me" and you will never be able to truly see through my eyes, who are you to tell people who "I" am? It's not like I'm going around preaching garbage about Westerners now am I? (oh and don't give me that crap about how the West is so much greater than the East, blah, blah, blah, because you're NOT perfect either). Go on and preach your prejudice bull sh*t, you stupid f*cks have shown me nothing but ignorance, so please, for the love of god, stop talking out of your asses! Your assumptions make me sick to my stomach, I'll bet I'd start a flame war if I told you what my assumptions of you were (so I won't; I don't even have to name off any names, anyone who has followed this BS thread will know who you are). Second, to all you guys who think that you're the $h^t (because you have an Asian woman), well, I'd hate to break the news to you, but you're NOT. Yeah... and for the record... my last three girl friends were Caucasian, but I wasn't with them because they were "White", I was with them because we had common interests and mutual attraction. I wouldn't have cared less what ethnicity they were, they just happen to be there at the right moment. My first girlfriend was actually "Asian" (well she was East Indian, so close enough LOL). Women who email me on here have been mostly White (but then again, I don't see much of anyone else here). I'm probably only the third Asian man to actually respond to this, so what does that make "this" thread? "One sided" if you ask me.
Oh, and one last thing, for all of you guys who choose to date a woman because you like her for "who" she is, and not for "what" she is; congratulations, because you're probably really cool (unlike some of these other douche bags on here).

This always cracks me up. Asian men/women who rant and rave and foam at the mouth about how Caucasians who dare to date (or heaven forbid, prefer) Asians must be some kind of hideous racist loser - and then go on to say they date mostly Caucasians, but of course it's not the same thing, so don't you go calling *them* a hypocrite, 'cause THEY'RE different. It's like clockwork - first the condemnation, then the justification of same in reverse.
By the way... Who's making fun of Asian men? Who's mocking your accent? And I'm sorry my Mandarin isn't up to your standards; I didn't have the privilege of either being born into a bilingual family or foreign language schooling like most of my Asian family members did. I took up the language in my spare time, of my own volition in order to better relate and communicate with my relatives, who didn't speak any English at all. Sue me for caring.
Oh, and in closing... the worst things I've ever heard said about Asian men... came from Asian women.

We date Caucasian men not because we have problems with Asian men.
Caucasian men date Asian women because, according to what I have been told (not in particular order):
1. Great sex 
2. Petite body
3. Great mind
4. Not a player
5. Patient
6. Family oriented
7. Sexy accent
and so on...
This does not mean Caucasian women don't have it, just a list what Asian have lol

I feel from MY point of view and personal experience Caucasian men treat me as an individual and but also as an equal. And the most important thing is that its prob to do with love. Here in the UK there are not that many Asian women dating Caucasian men as their family and culture prob wont allow it. The man I am seeing is Caucasian and is a fantastic person and is great with my kids and I am glad I have made the choice to choose who I want. | |
