I see it as an American thing, whereas it's in our nature, culture, in our history, to do the exact opposite of what we're told or suppose to do. I find nothing wrong in dating outside one's race, as it become more and more accepted. Asia ... such a beautiful culture to learn about and to experience. | |

Please forgive me but I take very serious offense to that statement! Yes, I love my Filipina more than my own life. Did I set out to love a Filipina (Asian)? No I did not. But I did and without a single regret. Next to Him saving my life & salvation, she is God's greatest gift to me. As I said in other posts, race DOES NOT MATTER! It's the person inside as well as outside that matters. A wise saying," Beauty fades, dum & inside ugliness lasts forever". Now rest assured, there is absolutely nothing wrong with my masculinity whatsoever. As for being smaller a preference, I had always gravitated towards larger women as a rule. As I said, I didn't set out to love a Filipina but God had different and better plans for me and He is the Boss! Also among my honey's many beautiful qualities, meek is definately not one of them (She's a Virgo) that alone should say it all. And NO, I'm NOT dominant nor insecure. I may be partially disabled physically, but I am very much all man. You will have to take my word for that but if you don't, that's just too bad. It's no skin off my butt and you don't pay my bills. Again I am highly offended as I'm sure many others are but I will let them speak for themselves. You did not gain any points for that statement.

I do and I have lots of Caucasian female friends, I would just never consider entering into a relationship with a single one of them.
more like the "angry white woman" who is mad that white men are no longer desiring them....you've heard of the angry asian man who doesn't white men taking their women lol

Although the term is loosely thrown out quite a bit by people of all races, inevitably it's going to bring offense. Not just because of it's sexual/racial exploitive nature. Knowing this, it can become contradictory to claim to love Asian women, and use the term at the same time.
The term 'Yellow' is not an accepted term overall by Asians as is the terms 'White' or 'Black' (i.e., White-American, Black-American). In America, we've had a tendency to 'color code' in spite of other racial groups' wishes. The term 'Yellow' in itself, is not a flattering color for one to refer to themselves based on the obvious context it represents when related on a human level. Again, it is often loosely used by some Asians at times (i.e., "I used to be a banana; yellow on the outside, white on the inside", etc.), but don't let it's relatively loose acceptance fool you. It's really not any more acceptable as referring a Native American as being 'Red', or a 'Red man/Redskin'. Just as the term 'Redskin' has a very negative historical meaning to it, there's another negative term used called 'Yellow face". This term is used in the dramatic arts to refer to making up a White actor to appear like an Asian (Fu Manchu, etc.). | |

Now, now, no need to be cruel. Lots of western women have legitimate reasons for their struggle with their weight. For example, many have problems with their thyroid gland and can't help their size, it's a medical condition ... hello ... others are just naturally big boned, or like you suggested, the healthy food choices in the west aren't as readily available as junk food is, it's very hard to resist the temptation to eat poorly and in the busy work world, who has time to exercise? Besides, just think about how many women you sent into a shame spiral with your thoughtless insensitivity and sent them running to the "View hot line" to cry their chubby little eyes out over a bucket of fried chicken, and hear all about how "big is beautiful" and "fat" is the new "thin". Traditional Japanese males regard women as little more than, "baby factories" or "beautiful flowers" so there is little respect and no concept of equality. These young women are travelling the world and experiencing different cultures, seeking out relationships with men from other races and finding their own wanting. In short, there are so many Caucasian men with Asian females because these women are very open to the concept. When I was dating a Japanese language student last year about 6 of her friends were asking me if I could help them find a caucasian boyfriend. Canadian guys are much freer as opposed to the Japanese that have a more rigid social structure, so the women are finding life's a lot more fun over here. | |

I don't know I know a lot of Asian people who eat at Mcdonalds twice daily. Some even hit the drive thru at 1am in the morning for a bedtime snack. They are still stick thin. A high metabolism I guess but also a more active lifestyle. It seems even when they sit still they are doing something physical.
I happen to love Asian women and I have the fever. The natural beauty and flare is hard to pass up. I am also culturally open and enjoy experiencing other cultures however it seems Asian women are the most loyal. At least on the surface. Not sure if its a culture bit or what but many tend to be flaky and jaded. Multiple partners are not uncommon. Even more interesting some expect you to know and understand that they do. This might be fine in their culture but for us Westerners its a bit hard to digest.
One thing I have noticed about many Asian's lately is the American influence they have. It seems many just coming in do have a heavy American influence. Especially the younger crowd. However it not the good side of America they know but the McDonalds and Jerry Springer side. I suspect in time they will be just as trashy and less loyal as Americans. | |

Although there's some truth to this and some of the other things you mentioned, these are only a part of the equation. In fact, many of it is excuses. What many Japanese and Asian women are experiencing is mere 'Western Euphoria". This is similar to some White males who have both a fascination with Asian women and Asia/All things Asian (as opposed to the White male who only likes Asian women, but dislikes anything else affiliated with Asia).
The West has been romanticized in the East for years, just as the East has been romanticized here. Ironically, in terms of 'media romanticizing' and it's obvious influence, Korea is romanticized in Japan quite effectively. And thus, many Japanese women have become interested in Korean men. So it's not just 'Whitey' (as much as I think a lot of people would like to believe). So many of the Japanese and Chinese women in places like Canada, U.S., Australia, etc., experiencing the euphoria of moving and living in the West, are unable to separate the euphoric experience without a having a relationship with a Western man. Or the euphoric experience itself of being in the West is 'incomplete' without a Western man. This is similar to the White man who loves Japanese and/or Asian culture, loves visiting Asia, but can't separate the 'euphoric' experience from having an Asian woman. In other words; walking through that beautiful tea garden in Kyoto might literally be out of the question without a Japanese woman.
Things are moving fast. This Asiaphelia sh*t has accelerated quite a bit over the last few years, even though it's basically been around for 'many' years. Eventually it will take it's toll. It's not just the idea of Asian women becoming more 'trashy' like Western women as stated by another poster who claims to have "the fever". Eventually, many Asian women will start looking to White woman. Not sexually of course, but the more feminist aspects that us men complain about. As it stands now, the Asian women you're referring to are 'conformists', not 'feminists'. Those Asian women you see as news anchor women? 'Conformists', not 'Feminists'. Those actresses, female athletes, etc.? 'Conformists', not 'Feminists'. Some may be rebelling against their Asian male counterparts; but many are merely conforming to the White man. Right now they're looking at their female friends who have White husbands and BFs, and think they want that. Eventually they will look at the White woman who stands up to the White man. | |
