| New Feature...Go on a date this Friday night!........ Posted: 6/14/2009 1:20:34 AM | | I clicked it and by gum - there are those blokes on the "people who fancy you" (they don't) list - the ones who are still living with their Mums and wearing tank tops. Blimey they don't half get around. | |

I'd speak to your local Council if your sack's not being emptied properly. It could be a huge impediment to dating/relationships...invite someone home and the whole place whiffs of last Sunday's fish and decaying lobster. I've read that in some places it's only possible to have your sack emptied once a fortnight. One man complained of large rats that appeared every night and nibbled at his sacks.

| New Feature...Go on a date this Friday night!........ Posted: 6/14/2009 3:36:25 AM | Well the "Go on a Date" system works!!
I had a look at it yesterday and clicked on "Add me to the list" and had a message waiting for me this morning!
I thought my luck had changed but unfortunately the lady was just asking how to add herself to the bloody list!!!

| New Feature...Go on a date this Friday night!........ Posted: 6/14/2009 12:43:09 PM | Checked it out again - about 8 guys all from the Manchester area which isn't usually near enough for a date - however, I will be in Manchester on Friday as I have a date with Ronan Keating & Co so I am afraid that I will be unavailable this Friday! | |

| New Feature...Go on a date this Friday night!........ Posted: 6/15/2009 9:49:09 PM | this future is wildly popular in the UK and ireland....
Great new feature and sure to help more people find a date.. but what happens if you sign up for it and then due to circumstances have to change your mind due to eg: kids being ill or baby sitting problems etc.. I didn't see a button on there that meant I could remove myself from the list (but I might just be having a dizzy moment)
Edit : One has been added now durr !
Unforunately its only set to display up to 50 users so i'll need to add more pages to the search there.
Just a suggestion for you but perhaps it would be better and less demanding on you if you made the area search length shorter to say within 5, 10, or 15 miles on the 'go on a date this Friday night feature' It generates too many matches if you take the option of up to 75 miles away it would then potentially reduce the amount of members and you needing to alter it too much. As some people don't drive and rely on public transport to get them to and from places as well. I feel it would benefit people with a more localised search facility.

Yep, The future is definitely more enticing than the past! Seriously though, I think it's a good idea, hope it works for lots of folks.

| New Feature...Go on a date this Friday night!........ Posted: 6/16/2009 4:49:25 AM | ... if Marcus is smart enough to sort it out for a Friday night, presumably he'll get round to adding variables (other dates) once he sees how its all working - then you might be able to date ladies with sequins and lads with tank tops any night of the week ;-)

| New Feature...Go on a date this Friday night!........ Posted: 6/17/2009 12:38:31 PM | What an excellent idea - and I had the option to search 15, 25, 50 or 75 miles, plus an age range choice.
I've signed up but hope it doesn't come across as sad or desperate. Thing is, why else are we all here? It's only a date.... (Who am I trying to convince eh? Hahaha)

It's only a date.. but it could be the first day of happiness in a new relationship, and you never know the person who turns up could be the love of your life and if not then you might just have made a good new platonic friend, who you can meet up with for a drink when you fancy a drink one night. I have done that a few times.

| New Feature...Go on a date this Friday night!........ Posted: 7/3/2009 8:39:53 AM | Well, I've popped myself on the list, and yes you are correct^^^^^Saturday is much more of a couples night, so, if I have any takers, could always negotiate it to a Saturday.....No pink pig icons on here. Shuffles off to finish cutting the grass! | |
