I never go to a gym- there's not one in my town anyway. :(
I exercise every day at home around 2 hours, though.

About 5-6 times a week. However, there are some days when I swim (and don't go to the gym) but I included it in the number of gym visit. It's exercise, and my gym doesn't have a pool so I swim at a rec centre.

4 days a week for an hour but this coming up week I am planning to step up my game and go 6 days a week for 2 hours and set aside an hour to work out at home with the excercise ball or some variation of Turbo Jam/Taebo since we're limited on the kind of equipments we do have. (small town rural area gym... not all that up to date on the machines).

I LURVE the ROM machine though!!!!! (Kinda like rowing but it's much more intense.....)

Depends on what i'm doing at the time.....

if i'm bulking i'll only go 4 times a week, if i'm cutting i'll up the frequency to suit my needs and diet. Usually around 6 days, 1 cardio on, then weight/ cardio etc....

Always try and get swimming in there, and if possible some curcuit training!

It depends my program I'm running.. When I do a tipical bodybuilding routine I'm there 5 times a week, but now that I'm back into powerlifting I'm there 3 times a week, usually monday - wednesday - firday..

It depends what you really want to do, for natural body building 3 times per week is ok for weight training and under 1 hour or 1 hour the most because i heard that if you train over an hour the muscle shredding hormone kicks in and you can start to burn muscle instead of gaining plus you should go for an example Mon-Wed-Fri and you could do like 20 to 30 minuts of cardio on your off days, you need to give your muscles a chance to rest and recover on your of days, plus a good nutrition meal plan helps,

Yoiu mean lactic acid?
But what your saying is true, weight training heavily over 1 hour isn't advised if you wanna build quality tissue. Muscle breakdown will outweigh what you gain back from recovery, essentially making you lose muscle.

When I'm home during the summer I work out at my house. I got weights, heavy bag/speed bag (great for punching, kicking, kneeing and elbowing when I'm pissed off LOL) down in the basement and a Total Gym and one of those cardio machines in the living room (work out while I'm watching a movie, ball game, whatever ). I also have one of those Perfect Pullups in the doorway I like to use. I also ride my bike and take my kayak to the lake for cardio. I don't have a set routine right now. I'll hit the weights a little at a time throughout the day instead of doing it all in one workout. Seems to work better for me.

The rest of the year when I'm on the road I always try to find a gym to work out at after I get off of work. If I can find one with a lap pool I'll swim a mile or so on one day and lift weights the next. If there isn't a gym where I happen to be staying then it's pushups, pullups, abs, etc.
