| Why Do Women Like Drummers or Musicians in General
Posted: 5/5/2009 2:02:42 PM | I don't know about women in general or drummers/musicians in general...But I do know that the drummer/musician that I love not only has his thumb on the pulse of the music, but also on my pulse. By that I mean he gets me, is intuitive, has good instincts and has good rhythm (evil grin).
I've always loved musicians. I think I'm attracted to the passion they display. Or maybe it's because they are listeners. I love watching drummers play. They are loving what they're doing. They're holding the band together. They don't care how they look when they're doing it. They're not holding back at all. Part of me envies that place. I've always known I loved musicians, but I never really stopped to ask myself why. Now we all know. | |

For me it is not the fame, I really don't need the hassle of other girls trying to get with a guy I am with and he happens to be in a band. To me it is a muse, as a writer I listen to a lot of music and it soothing my mind, lets me concentrate on one thing when I am listening to him play! | |

Interest in Drummers or Musicians in General definitely do not diminish with age....
Ask me how I know...
I've loved the drums and drummers as long as I can remember.
Drums are the heart beat of the band.
A beat exists everywhere. Even walking creates a beat.
It's great exercise...
Anyone who plays in a band must be in half decent shape or they certainly won't last.
People in the music industry are creative, possess vision and usually think outside the box. Some way outside.
Just my opinion.
Music is a medium everyone can connect with.

It doesn't help me pick up any easier. There's even pictures of me from live shows with a guitar on my profile page. My response rate didn't go up because I have those pictures. What's wrong with the female population on this site. You'd think because they're behind the string they would have the guts to initiate a nice hello how are you, and maybe ask some questions about you, and possibly even throw out a sincere compliment if they find you attractive. So I gather the guys are still supposed to chase the females as it seems it's always been yet, I'm 95 percent unsuccessful no matter how I approach it. So even if it does add attractiveness to the superb personality that I already have and my handsome looks. It's not helping any. And answers as to why? | |

Most girls like guys who play in bands. I know I did.
Maybe too busy playing your guitar and not enough time "mingling" on the dance floor.
