Anyhow whether you were just trolling or not ... to answer yours and any other person out there's question about a females smell down there .. I'm not an expert but I remember back in jr high school ... there was this girl who had this nasty, really foul, almost rotten smell to her like once every month or so ~ it was a bit overwhelming and believe it or not - in my sexually naive mind, I thought it might have been she just had stinky feet! :laugh:
BUt what didn't make sense was at all other times she seemed pretty normal ... . Well, it wasn't only until later when I became more educated about human reproductive stage that I figured this must have been when she had her monthly cycle.
I think all women differ when it comes to this as not everyone's bodily chemicals are the same. For example, some ppl can go w/o any deodorant and not really omit that much of an odor at all whilst some might probably not even go pass an hour or so w/o deodorant before they start sending stink signals to everyone within a three foot radius! | |

As far as the remarks about men being pigs and finding women disposable, the POF women I've dated have, without exception, wanted sex by AT LEAST the 3rd date, if we made it to the 3rd date. This is a very serious problem, especially if it has to do with a woman you adore, only for you to find out she stinks like a rotten meat down below...
It's heartbreaking to be honest, and I know exactly how the Op feels about the situation.
His article may be too long to read, but he did so; so that people would have a better understanding of the situation, instead of just asking the question blatantly...'why do some women have smelly pvssys'? which I believe would have stirred more uproar.

Some types of contraceptives can cause a smell which is usually more pronounced around the cycle. So if she is using contraceptives, maybe she should try changing.. The one I know caused an effect in someone I knew was one of those contraceptive implants..

Quite possibly diet..

I think he wrote the detail in this story to express how much he really was tuned in to this woman sexually and she to him. He expressed that prior to this lady he had not felt this kind of connection with anyone else. The fact that they waited until that elusive third date, means to him she was work hanging around for and perhaps he wanted more from her than just sex.
Let us assume, that if it were not for this problem her could really get "into" this woman emotionally for the long term. This guy needs help. He needs help not just with undoing the problem of hurting the ladies feelings, but mending the rift and getting back on track, and helping her deal with the odor issue.
I suggest you tell her you will work through this with her. Have her schedule an appointment with her gynecologist and tell her you will go with her. Have her get screened for all the obvious diseases, and then after she is dressed see if the GYN will sit down with the two of you and discuss some of the things you can do to improve the odor if the problem indeed has nothing to do with infection. Demonstrate to this lady that this was not just a fvck.
Now if she was just a hot fvck, why would you care how she smells.
For me, every time I see my man, I make sure that I personally do not have an odor or taste issue. If I did I would never let him go there. As a woman I am well aware that my personal odor and taste changes throughout the month. Fortunately I have never had an issue personally with an odor so foul I would avoid intimacy. There are times though around my monthly cycle when that menstrual odor is such that I would avoid getting naked. I do not engage in casual sex, so I would communicate to my beau if it was a bad time in my cycle for getting naked.
Some men do not care if a woman is just spotting and that would not deter sexual relations. Other men it makes them freak.The taste of a very small amount of blood in vaginal secretions puts some men off, while others don't mind at all. This is the problem with sexual relations that are casual.If the OP and the lady in question had taken a little more time before getting naked to talk and get to know each other then pershaps this would not have happened this way. The lady obviously was aware she had an odor issue. Knowing this, she has some responsiblity for allowing him to go down on her.
If the odor or taste is something I personally would not want to deal with, then I would never subject a man to it. This is just being considerate. What is wrong with telling a man, let me pleasure you with my mouth, and you can fondle my breasts and kiss me, but the intercourse will have to wait, its not a good time for me?
If we are going to engage in situations where we are getting naked with another individual you should be able to talk about anything without embarrassment.
Bottom line, if the OP really likes this lady and could see this as more than just a place to stick he d1ck to get off, then talk to her, apologize for his reaction, and talk about how the two of you can try and improve the situtation together.
Obviously there was no conversation about STDs before you got naked. The lady at least was thinking a little bit when she pulled out a condom. Step back a few steps, adk the lady for a "do over" after the two of you can talk to a doctor about the problem.
All those people who jumped on him for too much detail, grow up. This is the sex forums. If you don't like reading graphic descriptions like that from someone's personal experiences, then go over to the dating or relationship forums where the writing is a little more tame. He is free to express himself however he chooses. I think he wrote the backround to set the tone. Yes the OP should have taken a bit more discretion in his post, but to those that acted like ignorant pieces of meat and simply bashed the OP without providing any foresight into your response are no better. Not thinking before posting shows an ignorance level that tells me the person posting the response is a piece of meat and nothing more.
Now, OP I think if you can wade through the BS posts here there is some good advice. Talk with this woman, if things are at a level you seem to feel they are with the chemistry then you can safely talk with her about this subject again. Recommend she see her Dr. offer to go but do not feel bad if she chooses to go by herself. Ask when she is back what the Doc said. Kep the lines of communication open. If this is something that happens for 4 or 5 days after her cycle then you know when to avoid contact down in that area. There is plenty of other intimate activities that can occur between two people without xperiencing an unpleasant odor during that 4 or 5 days.
Good Luck, and next time keep it to th question at hand, no identifying remarks as to the person or where you met, and be careful how you express your feelings so that folks know the person means something to you, but does not get the whole sordid Penthouse version.
