I'm trying to work on a friend of mine, he is a DJ, also a fellow fishie. He used to have a large clientele, got out of the business, now he is trying to get back into it. I haven't been successful yet, but I'll keep you posted. | |

Everyone had to bring their own plates and silverware, some drinks (which usually got thrown into coolers together), a dish to pass....AND one package of meat with buns to go with it (burgers, brats or dogs!) the host usually just had to provide the condiments.
I had tonsssss of parties at my home for my extremely large family because the expense was so little for me...and my family is incredibley wonderful about making sure my home was left as it was before everyone arrived!

i'm sure the boss men have ideas. hi ron!!! hi jim!! i'm willing to pitch in for a dj or bring my receiver and speakers out....let me know.
will there be horse shoe tournaments? water ballloon toss?
i'm trying to get lisa out but she's out of town that weekend.

Hi Nancy i do not know what the cost of a Dj will be....

I dont know how many picnic tables we will have .. But i will get some cheap
table cloths
Everyone bring their own utensils!
If we dont get a dj maybe some one else besides nancy can bring a sound ststem we can tune into same radio station!!
This way we can have more volume!
If anyone has bean bag games please bring them i am sure they wil get a work out!

Will there be a shelter or would I need to bring one? Most picnics only need some background sound, so that may allow me to play volleyball, right. Let me know what you think. If my schedule works, I will play for tips (and Gumbo)(lol).
