I'll likely be single until I also die. {OFF topic} Hey Dawn, I hate a too see a good looking woman assuming the worst. Your life really is up to you. You have to sort out what is important in your life. Your profile says "media" as your job and "work long hours." Question: Who is benefiting mostly from that? Answer: Your employer. We are a long time dead and Omar Kiam said it best. Make the most of what ye yet may spend before ye too unto the dust descend Dust to dust and dust to lie, Sans wine, sans song, sans singer, sans end. {ON topic} I have been single 5 years. There have been a few relationships during that time, but for one reason or another they fizzled out. Distance being the most common denominator there. The price I pay for clean air and country living. It does not stop me from trying though.

About 7.5 years now, I guess. And when I say single, I MEAN single. I have tons of male friends, and have known a couple of guys who seemed to enjoy playing mindgames with me, and at least one who I think might be a sociopath (but one of those passive types, thankfully). I have a terrible habit of being "one of the guys," which can be great sometimes, but can also be very frustrating. I'm quite relieved to see other people in essentially the same boat. I guess I'm not a total freak!
