Posted: 10/19/2009 10:39:50 AM | OP -- Sexy is all subjective, as with 99% of things. It's all how we perceive it to be, and almost everyone has a different or personal ideal of it. This just means, in short form, there is no universal standard. No "one size fits all".
Reminds me of the time long long ago when my buddy just up and said to me "J...your woman is damn fine. Sexy mm mm." I didn't argue of course, and I just smiled and acknowledged what I already knew. He followed it with "What do you think about MY woman?" nudge nudge.
Yep. He went there.
I just told him she's ok, and I'm cool that he seems happy. Clearly that was the wrong answer. He was choked. Made a big deal about it. So I went as far as to tell him I don't find her the least bit attractive. Her face was all wrong, her eyes were...weird...she was too thin (I mean she made ME look fat)...and she had the grace of a wounded water buffalo. I didn't find her sexy in any way.
And this was MY perception.
But others around him thought she was drop dead gorgeous and totally f*ckable.
This is what I'm talking about. What *I* consider sexy, others wouldn't. What they consider sexy, I wouldn't.
If there was a universal standard, I guarantee you everyone would latch onto it like a crack fiend. That would just make the world a very boring place.
I like that we see things different. Keeps the dating pool in constant flux.

Posted: 10/19/2009 10:54:59 AM | I believe this will vary from one person to another on what they deem as "sexy". However, what I do believe that everyone will have in common are the elements that defines people as sexy:
-Looks
-Their Disposition
-How they act
-Their voice
-Their scent
