| Men over 50 what do you do? Posted: 8/11/2009 9:42:48 PM | Hey gadfly,it's seems to be working for you, cuz it sounds like you got a few more bites without lifting a hand! way to go...
Imo, if asked what keeps you ticking, I would say it's good to eat your honey every day!
And it's said that, good genes is 40% of it, and the other 60% is,a good diet, exercise and being active, and most of all a good heart.

| Men over 50 what do you do? Posted: 8/12/2009 6:40:21 AM | I don't do much as far as skin care goes, use Aloe Vera if my skin feels dry or after a day in the sun. Have been lucky in the hair department, still have some with colour. Try to keep my diet varied as to make sure I am getting a bit of everything, also take vitamin D and omega 3. Years ago I worked with a bunch of spray painters, and they used Vaseline on their faces to keep the paint from sticking to the skin. I happened to run into one of them not long ago, the guy is almost 70 but looks in his 50's. | |

They say you catch more flies with honey, just make sure they're not gadflies.

| Men over 50 what do you do? Posted: 8/14/2009 9:25:37 AM | We're suppose to do something when we get over 50? Wow, I musta missed that page in my "over 50" handbook. Vanity I think is not really a very good thing. Perhaps you guys should consider that if the opposite sex only sees the "chemically enhanced" you, then they doesn't see the REAL you. Eventually it WILL come out, and I'm thinking it may not turn out very well. Natural is NATURAL. Why is everyone so set on trying to be what they are not? I'm over 50 (barely), and I'm ok with it. It took me 50 years to become this ME, and I am NOT 40 or 35, why should I try to make others believe I am? | |

I'm over 50 (barely), and I'm ok with it. Really? Then why does your profile say you're 48? Doesn't seem like you're "ok" with it.

| Men over 50 what do you do? Posted: 8/16/2009 2:45:05 AM | Just grow old gracefully Have never used any products..not even dye for hair...my first girlfriend commented that I had one or two lines of gray hair at 17 so have grown up with my ever changing body.
Like some who have commented they look at their old school friends and compare, some of us grow old and wrinkled whilst others sparkle.

| Men over 50 what do you do? Posted: 8/16/2009 5:25:43 AM | Also ladies what do you tend to use? I'm very lax with skin care. I go in fits and starts. When I've thought to do it, I've used various products over the years. About the only thing I'm consistent with is a tinted moisturizer with 15 SPF in it. I never leave the house without it.
Lately, I've been using a product called UDDERLY SMOOTH. It's UDDER CREAM. It's what dairy farmers use to keep a cow's udders and teets supple and smooth. I've never seen a wrinkled udder. So, what the heck! I'm giving it a whirl on my face and udder parts............
