| Does it affect you at all? Posted: 10/23/2009 3:49:00 PM | but that's the problem ! It's not just "your date" . It might be by your invitation which place you on the obligated end perhaps. All this male and female posturing is plain BS and the reason for the threads I suppose.
It's not for one to act "manly" it's for you to be yourself. ~ For in the end, you will be, so enough already with the act. ~ When I walk in a room, people know that a man has walked into the room. I don't need to speak loudly, flex my muscles, spit, cuss or grab my nuts. I don't have to do a George Bush strut, or a rooster co-ck ado dal do . I am not required or obligated to control anything but me.
If a woman, expresses desire to pay or help pay ~ honor her wishes , say thank you and let it drop. ~ She does not need to tell you why and you don't need to ask or fight with her. This kind of conversation is best left until much later into the relationship. ( if it goes that far)
This behavior among some males is offering the ladies only confusing. Some are not sure as to how to take it ~ some ladies will send you packing and not want to be seen as in your debt in anyway.
I'm a man and I smell kind one and that good enough for the ladies I go with, I'd want it no other way. All I have to do is stink and lick my eyebrow.
