My bike if anyone is wondering is a 2005 VTR1000 Firestorm ( Honda ) .
Hopefully you will be watching the Moto Gp tonight like I will...cant wait

The meeting place that I have chosen for lunch/snacks will be at the Chillingham General Store/Restaurant...venue should cater for everyones tastes and have eaten there myself and survived lol.

I've had a good read of the info link for Chillingham, they have plenty of local craft and food. (I might need some time to go shopping)(has anyone got saddle bags on their bike) lol
Did you see the part about the famous chillingham cuisine.... "Chocolate coated banana" Now there is a culiary delight, you dont get to experience on just any ride mate!!!! lol
I'm sure any luncheon venue you organise, will be good for a bite to eat and for all to mingle socialise and have a laugh.

Gentlemen if you could advise if your pillion seat is available please as we have many lovely ladies looking for one.
Once again I would like to let you all know .
There is a ride event, being hosted by Ulyssian, also occurring on the 12th of July, this gives riders and pillions an alternative of destination, and a longer route.
For anyone interested in Ulyssian's event, we have included the url for easy access as a courtesy to all! And feel this is the honorable thing to do!

Sorry that I haven't advertised my pillion seat hot or cold yet.
I have a tentative pillion but she may have to work. Her roster hasn't been posted yet. At present it's 50/50. That is why I haven't posted the Darkhorse pillion as available or unavailable yet. I am going to push for a definite yes or no by Saturday 4th. The roster should get posted by Saturday.
I'll bring some good cameras for the happy snaps and study the terrain before the ride. There may be some good paces to get ride by action shots. | |
