We've learned law enforcement is looking for a doctor who lived at Michael Jackson's home -- and the doctor is nowhere to be found.
Law enforcement sources tell us a BMW belonging to the doctor was towed from Jackson's home last night.
Cops are looking to interview the doc.
A law enforcement source says the doctor gave Jackson an injection before he died.
Jackson reportedly may have OD'd on Demerol. As we first reported, family members were concerned that Jackson was taking too much morphine.

Go ahead and read for yourself what the Sheriff, the housekeeper, the Neverland Ranch gaurd, and two of Jackson's accusers had to say back in 1993. I believe you are in denial moreso than I am "brain washed." Feel free to find out for yourself. The man is not the saint he is being made out to be.

| breaking news!!....michael jackson haas died! Posted: 6/26/2009 11:50:35 AM | He passed away young and we all want longevity so some people may feel it is tragic.
He was a creative soul that inspired and entertained millions and millions of people for 4 dacades.
He also neglected his responsibility to live his life beyond reproach as he was under the microscope of the public eye. Michael Jackson ruined his own reputation by placing himself in a predicament to be accused of these hideous crimes. What was he doind hanging out with little boys ?? This is the first question before you accuse him of molesting them. He set the scene. You don't find other millionaire rock stars wanting sleep overs with little boys.
The real disgrace here in light of his torn legacy is the parents who allowed him access to their children out of greed. Let's put the blame where the blame lies.

| breaking news!!....michael jackson haas died! Posted: 6/26/2009 12:05:55 PM | We all grew up with Michael..love his songs..great entertainer................we all want to know what went wrong???
I think it was when he caught on fire on stage...and got hooked on pain pills..
"For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged [if we judge with an evil heart or dark intent, His judgment of us will reflect it..."
Peace be with you Michael.

| breaking news!!....michael jackson haas died! Posted: 6/26/2009 12:41:55 PM | Not long ago I was pointing out what I call "Child abuse hysteria". This is a prime example. All one needs is to be accused of child abuse and that's it...guilty as charged. That's hysteria. He was never convicted of anything but he did settle out of court. To some people that apparently is "proof" even though it's nothing of the sort. What it actually is is the only way to keep his private life out of the spotlight. For a guy who never had one waking minute of solitary peace , I can understand why he would prefer to settle out of court.
Sure , it's possible he actually was guilty of the crimes he was accused of. If I had to bet I'd put my money on him being messed up in the head after years of being under the microscope but not a pedophile. In any case , he was never convicted of anything. That's what we have courts for. But there you go....just say somebody committed a certain crime and all pretense of reason goes right out the window. Amazing how with something like pedophilia , you have to prove you're innocent instead of the way it is for every other crime.

Just an FYI for anyone reading this because of the possibility that some of you may at some point be in the position of having to administer CPR. You CANNOT DO CPR ON A BED!!!!!. It must be done on a HARD SURFACE. The floor works nicely.

| breaking news!!....michael jackson haas died! Posted: 6/26/2009 2:16:15 PM | | It sucks Michael died at such an early age. When I was five years old I had a thriller poster on my wall. He was a great songwriter, and even though he became a freak show, I still admire his early musical efforts. | |

Happens all the time. Insurance companies routinely settle lawsuits they feel would cost more to take to court than to settle. Working in the whitewater rafting industry, I've been directly involved in several cases like this. Unfortunately quite the cottage industry has evolved among those who figure who to sue for what in order to extort money.
Likewise, if you're a celebrity accused of something you know you didn't do, you might still decide it will cost you less money and/or money earning potential due to loss of reputation to quietly settle out of court rather than keep your name on the negative side of the news cycle for an extended period of time.
All any of us can judge MJ or any other accused celebrity on is what we hear through the media, and celebrity media is not known for objectivity. We have a court system precisely to avoid the sort of lynch mob mentality too many on this thread have expressed. I may raise an eyebrow when I hear something bad about someone I don't actually know, but I don't pass judgment without all the facts, and none of us have access to those in this case.

true, but i think there is a difference between a insurance claim and touching little boys. but to your point i think most of the time the insurance company knows its in the wrong and thats why they settle, not all the time but most. also if the case has no merrit cant they make the person who brings the charges pay all the court cost?

| breaking news!!....michael jackson haas died! Posted: 6/26/2009 3:05:19 PM | Insurance companies settle based on the bottom line...........
Not about right or wrong............
Exactly. I've been directly involved in cases where we knew we were right and were confident we would win a court case and ready to go to court, but our insurance company insisted on settling. As to a frivolous litigant being forced to pay all court costs, that's up to a judge or jury to decide, and by no means a sure thing. And they might not have the ability to pay. Insurance companies crunch their numbers and make what they deem to be the most cost effective decision. I've often not agreed, but it hasn't been my call to make.
The analogy with celebrity cases is closer than you might think. Celebrities depend on publicity. It makes perfect sense to me that a wealthy celebrity might choose to spend money to avoid negative publicity rather than engage in a lengthy court battle, especially if the "evidence" consisted of mostly he said/she said, or if there were evidence that might actually have no direct bearing on the charge, but might appear to be incriminating.
I don't know what MJ did or didn't do. Nor does anyone here. We've read accusations and seen snippets of evidence. Some think that's enough to pass judgment. I don't.

| breaking news!!....michael Jackson haas died! Posted: 6/26/2009 3:20:03 PM | Lots of brain washed people on pof,why not try to show some respect instead of showing your true colors. I have been singing and dancing along to all the tributes on the radio but this time with emotion.
I am so sick of people who hero worship people like Michael Jackson or O. J. Simpson, etc., because they had a talent. Jackson took young children into bed with him, he gathered them into his home purposely away from their parents, he paid off parents, he won in court, lots of guilty people win in court. He had a woman pretend to have his kids, he did not bio father those children, then he proceeded to make them live a life of hiding and wearing masks! There is something terribly wrong with thinking that Jackson was just a poor misbegotten soul who loved children too much! How sick can fans get?
As for "Child abuse hysteria", are you brain damaged? Jackson admitted many times to taking young boys to bed, if you don't think there's something wrong with that, plus all the rest, then you have ~hero hysteria~. Get a grip, even if the only thing he did was cuddle up to young boys to make himself feel better, he was a freaking-ass child molester! What planet are you from? Or even more important, just what kind of behaviors do you have that others should be worried about if you think Jackson's use of children was just fine.

You'll find no hero worship here. My only heroes are people I know personally. Likewise I strive not to pass judgment on anyone, particularly someone I don't know. I wasn't particularly a fan of MJ. I did admire the way OJ could run a football, but that's about it. I'm just one of those folks who believes all people have goodness in their hearts, but some people do bad things. I could twist what I've read about MJ into either good or bad, but I choose not to.
I only weighed in here in reaction to those who seem so positive what kind of man he was. I really don't think any of us can know that, but I'll bow out now.

| breaking news!!....michael Jackson haas died! Posted: 6/26/2009 3:58:17 PM | Is it not possible to separate the musical genius of Michael Jackson from his over the top private life that he had?
Yes, he has done bad thing, sure. I'm not going to disagree.
However, let he who has no sin cast the first stone.
I will admire him for his music and how he helped shape the landscape of entertainment. Just as I will admire OJ for what he accomplished in football. What he did outside of those endeavors, however, you are right to chstise him for. But again, can we not separate the two out?

Sure can, you can do that for most people.

What a shock.
every time i hear about the death of a celebrity, the only thing that really shocks me is that it isn't keith richards. i mean...what the h*ll keeps that guy alive?
i never heard of farrah fawcett, david carradine, ed mcmahon or michael jackson addicted to heroine, abusing cocaine, smoking or drinking. yet, richards seems to thrive on that sh*t!

| breaking news!!....michael Jackson haas died! Posted: 6/26/2009 4:28:04 PM | He was a great entertainer. A bit of a sideshow freak in his later days, but still a icon to the modern music industry. I wish the family well.
Now onto a lighter side.....
I wonder how many young lad's got to go on the "Rocket Ride" at the Neverland Ranch? (That was a joke....come on laugh a little)

| breaking news!!....michael Jackson haas died! Posted: 6/26/2009 4:31:36 PM | | yes, of course, because molesting children (Jackson admitted many times to taking them to bed to cuddle) or you know, things like murder, beating, whatever, that's their private life, no one should be judged for admitting to molesting children or other crimes. Unbelievable, but very telling about character. Who among the fans of Jackson would have lent him their young sons for awhile? We aren't talking about a man who lead a messed up life and harmed himself, we are talking about a man who repeatedly said he took young boys to his bed! And that's leaving out his obvious other problems & behaviors. | |

Even though I'm not really a fan, I do think he was extremely talented and had a great gift. He deserves some respect.

| breaking news!!....michael Jackson haas died! Posted: 6/26/2009 5:41:21 PM | Ok I've commented on Michael in this thread earlier and wished him peace. Now I'm here wondering why people are comparing him to Hitler???
WTF is that all about?
Hitler was a psycho who ordered millions and millions of people to be put to death because he decided he didn't like them...................and this has what to do with Michael Jackson exactly???
You may not have liked him or his music but let's stick to what this thread is about people.
