I can orgasm without squirting, and have, but to me the most intense of my orgasms is when I squirt. I would say that most if not all women are capable of this PHYSIOLOGICALLY.. we all have the same anatomy...it is a liquid that is produced by the prostate gland. The problem with the word "ejaculate" is that most of society associates this word with semen, which women obviously do not produce. I wont pretend to know everything about anatomy, but I do know that we do produce a fluid in the prostate and when our gspot is swollen...this fluid can be produced and when stimulated right will cause the woman to ejaculate (remove) those produced liquids, which is really gratifying. I think the reason why some women don't is either they have not tried this with themselves yet and maybe they aren't comfortable being completely uninhibited, or its psychological.
