Sometimes, one person is seeing a blazing display of fireworks and the other is seeing the cute person behind them they been flirting with the whole time.
Moral, use a little compassion in your replies, and next time if ya like the guy he will come back eventually if he is interested in you. NEVER call or text more then 2 times without reply and everyone show a little courage when your not interested. . . say so. . . | |

Was it ever determined that Spontaneous Combustion is due to a bad combination of intestinal gas in proximity to an open flame such as a cigarette lighter?

Posted: 7/22/2009 10:00:54 AM | If someone doesn't answer you right away there are a million reasons that can legitimate.** That doesn't mean you should just sit around. Have a plan B. If you have loose plans with someone and they haven't responded in time to your email/text/call indicating you still want to go out and you've confirmed a time and place to meetup and requested his confirmation that he'll be there. Make other plans and go there with friends or do something else. If he does get back to you an hour beforehand, either say "Great, you can join me and my friends" or "Sorry, I made other plans when I didn't hear from you. We'll do something else later."
Projecting your own insecurities about the relationship via email/phone is never going to get you what you want. If he doesn't ever respond to your contact...that lack of response is your answer. (**This is why I like to send redundance messages in that case...email & phone... so there isn't an excuse of "I didn't get it". )
If he isn't showing interest in getting back with you...walk away. Don't waste your energy on someone who isn't what you want -- someone who wants you. When he does respond...go from there.
My guy friend has had this same kind of thing happen to him - so it goes around both ways. | |
