Posted: 7/13/2009 5:49:58 PM | | Hi there... I have been on this site for a few years but have not really went out on alot of excursions with the group... Four years here...three dates...one good friend. This seems like a very nice private camping spot...do newbies tend to feel out of sorts with a group like this if they know nobody? I am a very out going person, and I meet people easily, but for me to come I will need the help of one more person to help me set up my "house on wheels". ( I can explain if I forward a picture LOL!) Also...as for fishing...is this somewhere I should bring just fly rods for off-shore, or is there somewhere I can get my hands on a boat for reg. fishing seeing as I can't drag mine up on my own. Any suggestions you have would be great. Thanks so much...OH YEAH... Guitars are welcome? Cory | |

Im bringing my fly rod and my float tube, I'm not a great crowd person so a excape in my tube for a bit would be well needed. Excited to meet new ppl and hope some good friends.

I'm super glad that everyone is getting psyched up for the weekend and I can't wait myself!
Please be patient with your questions - We are going to be sending out another mass email (to save us from answering your questions all individually here) in a couple of days - no sense sending it out and then having to repeat it all for any new people who sign up.
EDIT (don't forget I HAVE quit smoking recently!):
Most questions will either already have been answered (I know it is long but please take the time to read the comments here for info) or will be answered in the mass email.
If you still have questions after that, please post them here so everyone can read the answers.

OK. Go to the first page of this thread - look up to the top right hand corner for the Login or logout link. If it says logout, you are good skip to the next step. If it says login, click on it, enter your POF user name and password again.
THE NEXT STEP (ha ha)
scroll down to the little thumbnail photos of all the participants and click on the SIGN ME UP button or something close to that SIGN UP, whatever. Click on that and then refresh the page and voila you should be signed up with your photo showing or a question mark if you have no photo. | |

El Senor and myself have conferred, GIRLFRIEND (!) and neither of us deleted you! Why would we? ( SILLY!) No one else we know has the ability...so not sure what happened for you...

Now of course, if you persist in sending us those naughty photos of your tender tootsies Cinbad... there are going to be repercussions all right!
But it would have to get pretty messy for us to have any justification in deleting anyone on here who would like to come out and play nice with the other fishies... as you can plainly see - I even let Shy 2004 sign up - and Tflow as well yuk yuk and goodness knows they certainly are friends too!

If you cannot swim make sure to bring a life jacket, goes without saying! Or you could hang with us in the Pub or hang back at the camp site. | |
