Posted: 9/10/2008 8:41:33 AM | i wouldent use the word more attractive but apeeling. i think as guy we what the nice girl in the day and the for lack of a better word... vixin at night. but really what man wouldent want a women that was pure. i know i would at least. but todays image of a virgin make people think there is something wronge with it. in fact it is great. i hats off to anyone that it. they have masterd there flesh and are not hug up on sex. they are probley a very well rounded person and smart. plus they dont come in to a realtionship with all that baggage from the last go round with a man /women. there are no fear of std's, complication of kids, and woundering how many has the other person been with.
I think this line of thinking is just wrong. It is saying that a person that hasn't had sex is pure and one that has sex is impure. To me this is translating to mean that having sex is dirty, and it isn't.
As to being well rounded, I couldn't disagree more. A well rounded person would know how to let sex be part of their life without letting it control their life.
To say they are smarter for not having sex makes about as much sense as saying someone with an eating disorder is smarter than a person who eats everyday.
As to the original question, that doesn't even makes sense. If anything a person would be more attractive if they were having sex(at least good sex) as they would be happier and more relaxed and that alone makes anyone look more attractive. | |

you're an attractive, intelligent, woman, so what is the problem here? Biblically speaking , if not biolically speaking, sex is a very dirty business; virgins don't get std's, if nothing else. That's what makes them pure, or pure-er than non-virgins and that is simply that.
If you feel that somehow reduces your worth as a person, well that is something you have to deal with as a consequence of pre-marital sex. I know that it was an issue for my former g/f when she and I got together. She felt really about having given it away, she told me, when she discovered I hadn't, and though it was not an issue for me, it bothered her more and more.
Again, that was a consequence of the life she chose. Maybe, like you wrote, she wanted to be a 'more rounded person' but having sex doesn't do that, unless you become pregnant in the process  . Life experinces, apart from sexual behaviour, will do that too. When you finally choose to lose your virginity, ideally within marriage, I believe you will bring more to it after having grown beyond your teen years of experimentation and appreciate it more too.

Would you be more attractive if you hadn't? Well, that comes down to your personal view of yourself, doesn't it? There are some UGLY virgins out there (which may be why they are virgins?) and some gorgeous whores too, but it all depends on what a person finds attractive, doesn't it? It's not predicated on sex alone or, in my experience, at all.
Take it from me, a lack of sex doesn't make you prettier OR homlier (I hope!!). Eating right, taking care of yourself, exercise, genetics, and being happy (you can be happy without sex, you know) and emotionally stable make you attractive and more appealing than say someone hooked on crack or something.

The hospital staff were going to ring the police - as they thought it was: a rape case...
But if that wasn't worse enough, it was unprotected sex no lubrication was used and i caught a STI (Sexually Transmitted Infection) from him ~ being: Chlmaydia!
I think guys should just not have sex with a virgin if the virgin doesn't know wot could or can go wrong! Coz i didn't really get told my parents about the birds n the bees! Until it was too late i guess... "

Some see us as something they want to concur and some see us as an envy and wishing they had waited.

Hold on until you married. My old g/f told me she regretted it when she gave it up at 17 and still does. It's something you can only give away once. But here's a secret. If you meet a nice young man, who has the same virtues as you do, and you marry him, you STILL won't 'lose' your virginity. Why? Because every day you are with him, you'll know who has it, and he'll know who has yours too. Chances are, he won't take it from you and run, the way some slimeballs would, so you'll never really lose it.
Maybe you'll be 'inexperienced' but so are first time mothers, drivers, pilots and doctors. Sexuality isn't about how many people you sleep with. It's about you can sleep with yourself after the experience is over.
