OP, being bored is a choice. You can choose to be bored or to engage in the world and really live. I teach school, and so many kids say 'that's boring' so they can get out of having to do anything... but the world is so much more fun if you engage. You can bet that I bore them with how being bored is a choice, not a unchangeable state of mind. Contact a man who's different than all these boring guys and be a part of meeting him, instead of sitting back and comparing him to all the boring guys. If you ask him some questions and get to know him, maybe he'll surprise you. Church is awesome. No necessarily to find a man -- I haven't found anyone in church --- but to be part of a community. It can give you a great sense of belonging.

I am perhaps odd...quack...but I do enjoy the diversity of people and interaction with no agenda...or expectation. And honestly, I've never been disappointed and have no regrets. As I do. But because my friends are 10 years older than me, I find myself often stuck going to events where there are never any men my age. I have to venture out on my own in order to meet men while still having fun. I agree not going to look for it, but I also think one has to take opportunities where they arise. So sometimes it can really depend on what community events you are going to.

Hi there cmdrfunk... Listen, I certainly didn't mean to insult you or your belief system. I'm well aware that there are a lot of people who strive to live a moral life apart from adhering to any scriptural mandates to do so. However, I was simply sharing my opinion with the OP and offering my perspective. Pretty sure I'm free to do that here. You might want to check your tendency to insinuate that people of faith are all hypocrites and operating under a threat of damnation from an unjust God. From your post it would seem there are some who claim to be either atheist or agnostic that aren't demonstrating through their attitude and behavior that their road is the better route to take, know what I mean? I do acknowledge, however, that there are people who say they are Christians but are a poor reflection to others of Jesus Christ, whom they may claim to believe in and follow. I'm also aware of how easy it is to make judgments, assumptions and generalities about people based on preconceived notions. If it isn't right or fair for God and/or Christians to be unjust, perhaps we should practice exercising the kind of just judgment we expect of others.

Well try getting rid of pictures 3-8, get new head shots and at least one full length picture. Get rid of this: I have been on this site a while and have not found what I am looking for. I guess I am just keeping this profile because you never know and the forums are kinda fun. "what the hell is there to do in this sh*thole (AZ)?" Make sure your spelling is correct. Write more about who you are, what your looking for and goals. Maybe this will help you attract the kind of men you want.

How crude some guy will compare woman's virginity/or no virgin to a commodity, well I personally thank God that I know how to motivate guys into nice clean fun and nice conversations other wise I will feel like an old Honda,test driving me all the time but not buying me.. hahhahahah!! well said!!
