Must the goal be 24/7 in a committed relationship?

Simple answer is yes at least for me anyway. I look at every relationship as if I am going to be married and living together with this person some day.

I am getting older now and I am not looking for a date, I am looking for something permanent, someone to be married too and not just continuously go on date after date.

besides when you live together you learn new things about your SO you never new before which could give you a gauge as to whether you can live with the new habits you just found out about them and then you can decide really want to marry this person.
