| FULL MOON DIET...... July 2009 Posted: 8/8/2009 5:31:47 PM | The first line of the thread is asking for those who want to SHARE an effort for a goal that the participants all have in common. It could be any goal and it could be any effort, the point being the sharing or the connecting among people with a common interest. At this time, it's weight loss. As I tend to bloat like a whale, water weight loss is a comfort to me, and the acting of fasting with the moon is a spiritual experience as many have stated. I also did not say, "if you read only the first paraagraph of the thread" The thread is three pages long, with attacks and two cents in opposition and people who actually understood the OP and some clarifying by the OP. Please feel free to cut and paste the entirety- rather than simply make a sensible statement of your disagreement.
You read in what you wished. Because you chose a meaning that fit your need to attack, I believe that you will read no other meaning no matter how clear the words.
As for the rest of your cut and paste commentary, it doesn't apply to that which is cut and pasted. Those who make an effort to attack people who doing them no harm are not equitable by description to the attacked who question the motives of the attackers. I question your motives for your effort to attack. Bitterness does not factor into my question, however, a sad observation that one can be grown in body but infantile in spirit, does.

| FULL MOON DIET...... July 2009 Posted: 8/11/2009 2:26:16 PM | Hereshecomesagain,
Thank you for clarifying our intention to share. Yes, THIS IS ABOUT SHARING AND CONNECTING WITH FELLOW FISHIES that dont mind loosing some lbs fast to continue with their weight loss efforts. There are always unhappy people trying to spill their bile on people that seem to be happier than them. Oh well Im trying to not let those bother me, but really they deserve some kind of comment. If we dont bother you, leave us alone to do our "sharing and connecting"...Please!
Millie Vanilli...Hello from Peru!! The full moon diet allows for only liquids for 24 hours only during the full moon day of each month. So squeezing yr own juices is good as well. Always natural fruits or veggies ( like carrot for ex.)
Merrylass, To those that can not handle liquids only for 24 hours...please dont do it...everyone is different and some of us might need more to keep their strenght to go through the day.
I promise to join for September Full Moon....I report a loss of 20 lbs with my low carb diet plus the help of July Full Moon diet that helped with 4 lbs off. Im dieting since July 3rd so thats about 40 days in all.
Have a good one!!!! | |

So you think eating healthy and adopting a lifestyle that you can be comfortable with for your entire life and letting your body slowly adjust and come to a nature and healthy weight is bile?
I am not saying this because I just want to rain on your parade, I am saying it because I was a fat guy that discovered that if you change your lifestyle in any way and that change is not 100% sustainable, then the results archive go away as soon as that change is stopped.
So Sorry, this is a public forums and that means it is here for everyone to share opinions on the topic.
That is mine.
I am not asking you do it or even care about it, it is just there to be shared.

The history of fasting goes back thousands of years. Many religions, including Christianity, Judaism, and Eastern religions used and still use fasting as a healing process for spiritual purification and communion with God. Philosophers, scientists, and physicians have used it as a healing process to cure sicknesses. Fasting effects not only our physical being, but our mental, emotional, and spiritual self as well. Physicians with a spiritual orientation are more likely to prescribe fasting to their patients because they are also more likely than other doctors to use the fasting method for cleansing.
Fasting is not need for cleansing at all. You want to cleanse? Do a foot rotation diet and it does the same thing.

| FULL MOON DIET...... July 2009 Posted: 8/12/2009 8:53:35 AM | Yes karma1160 msg 12… I have been doing this for 8 years now, after reading Suzanne Somer’s fist and second books on combinations of food and her recipes So happy to read that there is another “ weird “eater out there which my friends label me. But Karma we know what we are doing…lol… no resections or amounts. I must say it is not a diet for me but a life style . I do not diet it brings my immune down and get a cold every time… At first I was confused so I wrote a list of all the meals that I liked and just simply removed the proteins from the carbs. Remember how tired you use to feel after that great gravy laced turkey dinner with all the fixens . Not any more. I just have all the turkey and gravy I want as long as I have it with veggies and or salad. And love the part about having fats with that meal . Just don’t add the carbs, which are potatoes, rice, pasta or bread. With any meal that has protein, which is eggs, meat, chicken, fish ect. When having carbs keep it low or no fat and add veggies I have lots of energy and did notice a slow weight lost over the years . Happy to be me and I feel great !!!!

| FULL MOON DIET...... July 2009 Posted: 9/2/2009 6:27:30 AM | this lady has class and KARMA
I am on this food combining diet it seems to settle my stomach so I thought I would try it again. The premise is that when you eat protein your body kicks in acid digestive juices to digest your food vs when you eat carbs your body kicks in alkaline digestive juices so if you eat them both at the same time your acid cancels out your alkaline and your food does not digest properly and ferments and turns the undigested food to fat. If you do eat carbs with protein by accident or for what ever reason what you do is combine lentils, beans, or peas with this to make the carbs a protein and then it will digest better. They don't like you to eat dairy but if you do and yes I do then you have to consume an acid fruit to help digest the dairy. fruit is eaten with fruit and it suggest 1meal fruit 2nd meal protein and low carb vegtables like salad 3rd meal carbs. So it does actually make me feel less bloated when I eat this way. Anybody ever tried this??????
Thanks for sharing. This is a good input and I will put it to work...sometimes the low carb diets alone its a diet...unlike your proposal is a way of life so its ideal.
Still I want to help myself again now that I am back home ( Peru has the best food in the world, it was hard to cut the carbs or anything for that matter.)
SO the next full moon in September is:
2009 Sep 4th pls check times for your different time zone
