Well,,there are lots of good men allllllllll over the place. :) Thing is,,,,you have to find the one thats right for you. Not always easy but imma firm believer that there is someone out there for everyone (yeah i know sounds cliche'-ish but hey). We just gotta find the one who fits. :) It's easy to get discouraged when you meet someone and things dont work out, but we gotta hang in there!  | |

Posted: 4/22/2007 6:46:38 PM | Hey Ripley.......how are ya?............hi everyone!...men and women both are OUT there somewhere...you just have to keep searching....I myself have sent some emails with no reply back either...BUT...you have to realize that someone that doesnt reply back...really isnt interested in even starting a conversation with you...they evidently dont like the way you look or what your profile says about you.....so....its a very good thing that they dont answer you back anyways....you dont really want someone that is not interested in you ...do you?
You have to think positive about your search...and just let fate takes its course...if its meant to be it will be....BELIEVE in yourself.....I would rather be by myself than to put up with someone that isnt really compatable with me.
Love is not about finding the right person, but creating a right relationship. It's not about how much love you have in the beginning but how much love you build till the end.

Most good men are good at relationships, at being "other-centered", and want to improve themselves. They try first to understand instead of being understood. They actively listen. They don't fear commitment or love. They know how to cherish a woman. Many of us see things differently, and your definition of a good man might not be someone else's definition.
I agree wholeheartedly with a previous writer; if someone is truly interested in you, they will keep up the contact, the momentum, and go out with you. If you are ignored, you probably don't want to hear what they would have to say about you anyway. They're doing you a favor.
But of course we all must remember one thing; as we age, we get more and more picky until we pick ourselves into the grave... alone. | |
