She 3x a week would take 15lb dumb-bells, stand against the wall topless and hold out these weights against the wall and bring them in to they touched and back to the wall again, she did 8 reps and rested, she did this 4 times a total of 32. A great tit work-out, believe me her titts did not sag in any fashion, they were very firm and looked good through any bra she wore.
