| Falcon Fantastic Posted: 9/9/2005 2:56:34 AM | i tried the word 'twisting' but changed my mind - and was going to make it squiggling - but decided to leave it as it was - some masterpieces are best left falcon alone and 'Falcon Fantastic'
3570 Falcon Fantastic 17 March 2004
Up the creek if holden to the front For at Eastern Creek the result had been Falcon fantastic in victory of the V8 Supercar hunt
When Ford news was better than great To do more than in essence tempt fate
When in rounds three and thirteen of the Two Thousand and Three season past Marcos Ambrose did more than finish placed last
Of a historic attempt to see Falcon after Falcon follow through Not only to do it at The Creek once but repeat the endeavour in times two
Flashback to round three of the 2003 V8 Supercar Championship Series at Eastern Creek (in the Australian state of New South Wales) and it was Marcos Ambrose all the way. To qualify the Pirtek/Stone Brothers Racing Ford Falcon BA in the prime [pole] position on the starting grid. In an endeavour over 300 kilometres to see three BA model Falcons fill the top three places, for the first time in six years, once the finishing line was crossed
An effort repeated by Ambrose when the V8 Supercars returned to Eastern Creek for the final [13th] round in concluding the series. To become the 2003 and the following year 2004 Australian V8 Supercar Champion - in this down under Ford verses Holden (a Australia branding of General Motors, USA utilizing Chevrolet based V8 engines) classic battle of marques.

Share with me That which you wouldn't Or simply couldn't With any other Past or present Cut for me a key To your vault of secrecy I cannot judge For it's just not me But you know that well And where your heart should be So let's make secrets On this journey that brings us home Divine and devilish, funny or foolish A furtive glance, it passes between us Volumes spoken in a language Only soulmates know

| Beauty in Thought Posted: 9/9/2005 3:28:31 PM | Thanx for another wonderful write Ali Kat (exquisite - I agree ) - I could feel your words next to my own soul and knew instantly of these works below - I was compelled to share -

Beauty in Thought 09 September 2005
There once was a woman who was so beautiful just to know her as a true soul mate To truly factor in her kinship and in open arms partake
Of her - there was not question to why because it was as if the poet and she knew Then if this was love - could that be in anyway - of what - in being true
He thought of her during the day and pondered over her in thought His desire was all of being honourable because she was holden to heart - caught
There once was a woman and poet two in a gathering across the inter-web When no other word would do - because what would be of 'treedom' instead
"Say, I pray thee, thou art my sister: that it may be well with me for thy sake; and my soul shall live because of thee." Genesis 12: 13 KJV

All the Worth 10 September 2005
Time only time will bring you to me
Only time will take your hand and hold mine too
For time was a great healer This time to love and plant a seed
Because in you was all the treasure of this earth It had taken time - yet in discovery you in I - was all the worth
"To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace. And also that every man should eat and drink, and enjoy the good of all his labour, it is the gift of God." Ecclesiastes 3: 1-8, 13 KJV

When I cannot help wonder what will be To into your hazel eyes truly see
As if God can be kind and He can also appear mean Then you are all heart holden in this poet being keen
To that day - be this on heaven or upon earth Where once before we were together - unified in worth
Value added like taxes paid in due For inside this soul - blue grey eyes certainly do you view
"Thou hast also given me the shield of thy salvation: and thy right hand hath holden me up, and thy gentleness hath made me great." Psalms 18: 35 KJV

| Yay for Saturdays woo hoo :D Posted: 9/10/2005 5:48:13 PM | Came across this one the other day....I guess I am still a "kid at heart" and probably always will be...In my job its really the adults that normally cause the stress...The kids are the ones the keep me focused and motivated!!!
Curiousity
Curiousity is a gift we each can share. Harvesting it is simple: Just be like a child. Wonder, play, pretend, and live in the moment.

| Yay for Saturdays woo hoo :D Posted: 9/10/2005 6:56:40 PM | Cheaters Lane
I am awake in the infinite cold, Merely gazing upon this void, I am lost and confused, Merely heartbroken and abused.
Let me tell you my tale, Let me tell you my fable, Remember this can happen to any male, Willing and able....
Her kiss of death, Took my breath, Caught in the act, I didn't know how to react.
Walked blissfully away, Her deceit, Her cheat, Was caught on display, I must retreat.
Drunken in endless liquor, I drank quicker and quicker, To soothe the pain, With a final glass of champagne.
There was a lady, Eyeing me from a distance, I felt dark and shady, Resistance or persistence?
She placed her hand on my lap, I didn't feel a sparkle but more of a zap, Entranced by her voluptuous eyes, This moment took me by surprise.
I know my relationship past and history, But why does love have to be a mystery. Is this the right decision? Or am I blurred by an intoxicated vision?
Her bedroom is of the utmost fashion, Red pillows, velvet blankets, and a pink lamp, She took out a scarf for a night of passion, Lady and the tramp.......
I woke up the next day in a cold sweat, Opening my eyes to the sunrise, I'm glad I didn't do something I might regret, Because in my head are woeful cries.
Many months have passed by... I am still waiting for my angel without wings, I had to get use to seeing her with another guy... Love is the most complex of all things......

| Yay for Saturdays woo hoo :D Posted: 9/10/2005 9:06:21 PM | Before Time
There was a time Long before time When all was barren So cold and bleak When the Sun didn't shine And the birds did not speak
Much like a wraith I traveled incorporeal Searching for a life But there was little hope Only a quagmire of strife
Lost and alone I wandered long What's this? A tug at my soul Unavoidable strength of a black hole What's this force that pulls me in? For the first time my soul is a-spin Strange and new I let it begin
Encountering a light Warm, loving, and bright Calling me out of time Have I found a place At long last to call mine? Through the dark I can feel your soul Beautiful, incomprehensible, sublime
There was a time Long before time When I lost my way Confused, no idea what to do That was long ago now Long before there was you

| yay for Sundays...woo hoo lol Posted: 9/11/2005 9:04:55 AM | Hunger
Stretch yourself before me unashamed Exposed and naked with back arched The strobe flashes Illuminating, reminding me, Oh how I'm parched! Pure, thick cream Poured over your chest To be licked off slowly That's always the best
A ripe red cherry By its stem hanging So seductively dangling Just out of reach Of your luscious full lips Reach with your tongue To feel the cherry on its tip Open your mouth sweets Pull the cherry from its stem As my mouth covers yours Erotic and sweet, oh so pure
A bowl of strawberry's Next to a chocolate fondue Strawberry's dipped, then drizzled ALL over you Leading my tongue on A road of erotic exploration I'm sure my tongue will find Some places to hold station
A dollop of whipped cream On the tip of my finger Smeared on your lips Just let it linger Until the strobe goes off So you can see my eyes As I lick it all off While I spread so much more Over your feminine frame Before my weight presses down Skin separated by a thin veil Bodies moving, so slippery sweet As we, at long last, finally begin
UHmmm ..cough..ahem...yeah .......;-)

| yay for Sundays...woo hoo lol Posted: 9/11/2005 5:55:28 PM | wooooohoooooooo, gotta love sundays, lol.
here's a little spontaneous write from me chica, mwahhhhhhh!!!
Looking at you with eyes full of love, Making your heart skip a beat, But part of you feels something missing, Making you feel incomplete, You don't know what that is, Until he kisses your lips, That you realize what that is, As your stomach does flips, For what you are missing, Are the feelings that love brings, Making you feel light as a feather, As if your heart had wings.

| yay for Sundays...woo hoo lol Posted: 9/11/2005 7:10:01 PM | I'm Not Crazy
The World is an asylum Where the drugs are all free Hatred and violence, the Media Don't you see? My God is better than yours Should I slaughter you now? Children are screaming All over this World Disease and starvation Some just to be loved But Daddy's stressed out And Mummy's a drunk If I built a house, inside out With the furniture outside Walking through the door Could I leave the asylum?
note to self...don't watch documentaries about asylums...laff

| Peace of Mind Posted: 9/12/2005 12:18:03 AM | If you were to ask your neighbor, "What would give you peace of mind?" he might tell you, "A vacation in Bermuda!" or "An extra hundred grand would give me peace!", or "A new Ferrari would make me content!"
But going places – and getting stuff – is usually a temporary solution ...
Let's say you buy a lottery ticket and by some miracle you win your dream Ferrari. Today you are content. Tomorrow you are saying, "If I could just catch that little punk who scratched it in the car park!"
Peace of mind rarely comes from getting more stuff. Getting more stuff usually leads to wanting even more stuff!
Peace of mind starts with being grateful for what you have right now.
GRATITUDE is POWER, and here's why ...
When you are thankful for what you have - for the friends you have, and for the things you've got, you attract more good people and good things! .
People who always complain about what they DON'T HAVE, stay stuck. Complainers attract more things to complain about! (Just look at the complaints in some threads at POF forums.....LOL)
It is a law of life. It's hard to explain, but you can observe it around you. We get more of what we dwell upon.
That's why all the spiritual masters have taught the same lesson ... "Start by being thankful. Be happy with what you have now, and more will come your way."
It's practical advice.
IN A NUTSHELL
Every time you say a silent "thank you" you become more peaceful – and more powerful.
Peace be upon you | |

| in my absence Posted: 9/12/2005 10:27:28 PM | Truth and Beauty 12 September 2005
Was there a lesson to be told in an absence maid Held back from holding heart distance stretched to show apart
This man and woman where lesson of kinship would not fade Him and her a song to sing For another day of exchange in words he and God would bring
An angel held - heaven to heart Unified from that day of start Words given - others to read What was poetry in essence to seed
Whom would judge was to this ocean dispute Then in eyes of nation She was a true real beaut

Don't tell me to stop It's not the end of this ride You can only see out But I know what's inside It's not just over I'm still playin around Well - not ready to play Your game of insignificant sound Life try to seperate us Stay close to me, child Truth's not what we want Ignorance brings a blissful smile Let me be who I am I'm not like all of you Selfish and a little bitter Can't wait to grow up, too So tired of fighting I just want to sleep Only time will tell if my child will keep
Starting the road to 1000 woohoo ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Peace Out
