I agree with Leeanne that it IS an unrealistic expectation, and some women have dealt with men forcing the issue. Perhaps others just don't give a damn about people, so it is unrealistic to expect better thinking of others...

Not everyone can do this. Some people have a very sensitive gag reflex and just cannot get past that. I have a friend who can barely brush her teeth without almost vomitting, let alone taking a c*ck into her mouth.
Practice can help... bananas are good to work with or when brushing your teeth, place your brush on the back of your tongue for a little longer and a little further back each time... that may help as well.
Guys... the absolute worst thing you can do to "help" your partner with this is to grab her head and force yourself down her throat. If she's not used to this, you're either gonna get bitten, get puked on, or you're never gonna get another BJ again from her.
