I have my reservations on what Freedom means, I have my personal Freedoms, that says I can come and go as I please, as long as I don't interfere with other persons Freedoms. Yet,..if my house is broken into by a Criminal(s),....I'm not "Free" to dish out what I feel is a proper punishment, for someone violating my Rights, and Freedoms. I look at it like this,.... "If You Violate My Freedoms, and Rights,...You've just LOST Yours." There's "Laws", that prohibit Citizens, in communities , where there is no Legal recourse for "Self Defense"......That's horrible. If I remember correctly,..Obama declared there was NO SELF DEFENSE RIGHT, in Ill. How can you make a Law, that prevents you from defending, and protecting your life ? Is that Freedom ? Of course not. America, has become too overly protective of Criminal Rights, at the sake of taking away Law Abiding Citizens rights to protect them selves and their property It used to be, a person had the right to, Protect their Life,.... Protect the life of a 3RD party Protect your Property. Now,...those Freedoms that we took for granted are under assault. Certain areas have forbid the ownership of a Firearm, regardless of the 2ND Amendment.(Wash DC, as an example) Certain areas forbid the use of deadly force, to protect ones life. Now,..the use of deadly force to protect ones property has came under attack. Common Sense has failed us,.....with the loss of these "Freedoms",..and instilling the Criminals with more rights, than the Victims. Any woman,..who goes through the agony of a Rape, and the Rapist is caught, must then defend herself in a Court of Law, where she is treated as tho she was the Criminal. Is that Freedom ? Wheres her right to be treated in a humane, caring manner,...its thrown out of the Courtroom as the Lawyer for the Criminal trys and paint the Victim as the one who enticed the Rape. No,..,means NO! Unless your a Criminal. My Property, my House,..is Mine,....Bought and Paid for IN FULL,..the Taxes were Paid every Month, in my Payments,...now the House is Paid for,..FREE AND CLEAR, Yet I still have to pay Taxes,..on top of Taxes I've already paid. On page 1, it states,.... "NAME AND ADDRESS OF TAXPAYER" On page 2, it states,..... "SPECIAL MESSAGE TO PROPERTY OWNER" and,... "HOW YOUR PROPERTY TAXES ARE CALCULATED" I'm not a Landlord,..I don't Lease,...I don't owe Money on the House, yet I'm TAXED, on something I've already paid my Taxes on while buying it ? I go to work every day, and at the end of the week,....Im Taxed by the Government, that didnt earn the money, I did,..Im the one that Worked all week,...not them,..yet they TAX me. Im Taxed at the Gas Pump,..Im Taxed at the Store,..if I put my Money in a Savings CD, or 401,...Im Taxed for "Early Withdrawl" Now theres even a "Death Tax"? Im Free to Complain, Im Free to pay Taxes so that "Illegals" can get Welfare and Medical Treatment,..yet I have to pay my way through this world, where others can steal, cheat, and Rob us of what we have worked hard for ! FREE ? It depends on your outlook. The case of the USA, and Property Ownership,...is determined by CONGRESS. NO ONE,..can OWN REAL PROPERTY, Unless its an Act of Congress. The only people that actually OWN, REAL PROPERTY,.... are the Native American Indians,....because it was declared by "AN ACT of CONGRESS". And as we have been told,....Congress kept taking back the Indians Property,..time after time. Native Americans are FREE,........Free to live on the Reservations they were Forced upon,..Forced to take,....regardless. Pine Ridge SD, Native Americans, are Free to live in the "HIGHEST POVERTY AREA",... in the Nation. So,....we don't "Own" our Homes,...we merely hold the Title and Deed, saying were the Legal occupants of said Property. With the recent attack, against a person being able to use Deadly Force to protect their Property,...that is just another Loss of one of our basic Freedoms. You shoot someone in defending your Property, see how fast you end up being,.... "The Bad Guy",..... and the Criminal will become "The Victim"..... and costing YOU the Freedom to own a Firearm,..the Freedom to remain living at said Property, and the Freedom to Keep your Money in the Bank, instead of being forced to defend your actions by means of Legal Fees. The assumption that ,.. "Innocent Until Proven Guilty",.... has been replace with,... "GUILTY UNTILL PROVEN INNOCENT" The only people that truly are FREE,...are the Criminals, who are Free to do as they please,.... You and I,..the Law Abiding Citizens, are bound by those very "Freedoms", that we must abide by,..that Proves that we are NOT FREE. The only People that are truly FREE, are the Rich Ruling Elete, that make the Laws that YOU & I have to live by,..because those rules dont apply to them. How many Rich Fat cats,..have you seen go to Prison after stealing and Bilking millions in Mortage Scams ? I think the Rich Fat cats, are free to do what they want. I thing the Unlawfull Criminals are Free to do what they want. But You & I,..the Working Class, Law Abiding Citizen,...are at their mercy. Too much Freedom, for those with bad intent. Not enough Freedom, for the Law Abiding Citizens.
