However....
I have had experience with someone who has a fetish (pvc, actually) and he couldn't actually do anything unless there was involvement of that fetish.
I can quite happily explore areas which could be described as 'kinky' or 'not vanilla', but I also want to be sure that the sex isn't ALL about the fetish. I want the sex to be about ME and the other person, and to not be able to actually have sex without some specific 'extras' makes me feel that I am secondary to the fetish. I don't like that.
for me: Variety is the spice of both life and sex, but that variety has to revolve around me and my partner and not around clothes or tools or situations.
Sometimes kinky? Yes please.
