| Do women cook anymore?? Posted: 9/11/2009 12:20:34 PM | Yes they do. I think as time has pasted and both partners work it becomes more difficult for the women to cook everynight. I guess it depends on the expectations of the relationship. However I can't put that table together so I'd be glad to make that sandwitch or roll that meatball! | |

| Do women cook anymore?? Posted: 9/11/2009 5:28:22 PM | | I like to EAT so therefore I cook :) Anyone who can READ can cook lol. I happen to love it - I think I'm a frustrated artist, so I devote my artistic abilities to making food look yummy and appealing yay! Call me a 1950's housewife but I'll cook the dinners if he mows the lawn/shovels the driveway. And kills the bugs :) | |

| Do women cook anymore?? Posted: 9/11/2009 5:33:43 PM | I do believe woeman should know how to cook, however so should men for that matter....
Men and woeman are equal.
Hey why don't you make the sandwich and I will assemble the table

| Do women cook anymore?? Posted: 9/11/2009 7:03:16 PM | | As long as a guy is going to pay for my dinner at a nice restaurant, then why should I even bother cooking? | |

| Do women cook anymore?? Posted: 9/12/2009 1:14:12 AM | When I was married, I worked fulltime, cooked, cleaned, did all the gardening, painting and i even crawled under the car we had to put in a new fuel pump and take the gas tank out. My husband, played ball, dived, rode his bike, etc. so yes I am looking for someone who will share the responsibilities with me.
Since I have been on my own, I've learned to put in new light fixtures, and new fixtures in the kitchen sink, among other things.

Guess it got too confusing trying to decide whether to make lasagna or lasagne.

Hey, I just thought we'd do it a bit differently this year. I've been loading him up on doughnuts (donuts for Americans) this year. There are some really fvcking serious carbs in those babies and it's working so far....
.... the kid is rockin' the house...

So make me a ham sammich and ill assemble that table we bought at ikea. LMAO.
I agree that it's stupid to be proud not to cook. I mean, it's an important skill for anyone. But I honestly get annoyed at men who can't do it and don't care to learn, as well. Like those stupid Carls Jr. commercials. Anyone know what I'm talking about? My little brother is like that sometimes, just because he's too lazy to do it himself. Psh. I'd let him starve.
Anyway, I'm just going to suggest that you mention your appreciation for a woman who cooks in your profile, if you haven't already. Some women pride themselves on it, and those are the kind you probably want. There's nothing wrong with that.

| Do women cook anymore?? Posted: 9/13/2009 7:45:43 AM | | I do, and I'm actually a pretty good cook, however I must admit that I don't LOVE to cook...I guess it's because it's so time comsuming. I usually cook about 4 day's a week, the other 3 it's leftover's and/or go out to eat. I'v already decided that IF and WHEN I ever get a "boyfriend"...I'm going to pick someone that likes to cook so we can cook together.. Lol. I know I'm a little weird but I actually LOVE to clean, it just makes me feel good when the house is all nice and clean and smells good...but cooking is not my favorite thing to do...but I do do it. | |

| Do women cook anymore?? Posted: 9/13/2009 6:49:26 PM | | Most women around my town go to McDonalds. I'm not cruising for a bruising, that's just the sad truth. Luckily I'm a chef so my girlfriend is not so unfortunate. | |

Does the loss of self respect not bother you when you use men like that?
