I wouldn't say anyone has tried to trivialize it. However, a few have tried to put it in perspective. When you have all the stats and facts in front of you, the general public's perception of it simply looks very much out of whack.
I agree though that everybody has different ways of looking at things as far as what they want in a mate, which they may or may not ever be able to find. And the tricky part is that both mates have to find it at the same time in each other. Sure would make life easy if we could just special order a mate the way we want 'em. | |

According to the surgeon general back in 2004, there is over 1 million new cases of herpes annually.
Tell ya what, I'm gonna be a gazillionaire once I get my portable STD test kit on the market. hahah
