Also annoying is the application of Anglo- Saxon to people who have light skin since I am neither. Both are just a term commonly used to indicate "white".
I'd prefer to list the general region my family comes from...Northern European or Scandinavian. Ethnic background is much more personable and accurate than "race". Perhaps you could ask in one of your early emails about their ethnic orgin. | |

I told him the truth.
Anyway, the awesome thing is, 1 month after that, she put on her messanger that she "hates liars!!!" So I left her a long message talking about how she must hate herself for lying about some major things. | |
