update .....well had to find an expert to tell me my comp is a dinasaur ,the operating system wont support anything i download ,easier to get another comp
had good run out of this one though R.I .P
hope everyone else had better luck than me and got thiers sorted

just so you know dude, linux will fit on a thumb drive (2gig) $9.90 at post office.
can boot off it too. hell you can setup a CD to boot off if ya like.($0.50c)
linux takes abit of getting use to, no less time than rambling thru all the posts here tho :-)
download eMSN and you troubles are over .

dont MSN myself, word on the street is ' it leads you to harder stuff .

I had the same problem...and then my computer would stall out after it did eventually sign me in...I've gone back to using the old MSN Messenger (not live) from the 90's...if your computer has Windows XP and not Vista, it should be in your programs as it comes standard in XP packages, whereas Live is a downloaded product. Good luck :)

using debian linux here (backtrack4 build), have a handfull of eMSN's and alike to choose from.
i remember the joys of windows, a new service pack every other day, and blue screens of death on the days between .
you could download a linux distro, some of them would be the same size as MSN lol.


I too use Linux. Ubuntu to be exact. I am using Emensene for Linux. Only because i am fed up with Windows stuff ups :P
