| what is your greatest dating fears?
Posted: 9/19/2009 8:57:26 AM | My greatest fear would be fear of rejection within a relationship. It is funny how that fear of being hurt or losing someone continues even after I am with someone for awhile.
When I first read the OP's post I immediately thought of meeting a girl who is really a guy, lol, but that would be really unlikely to happen. My radar is pretty good for weeding out these types, or those deemed mentally ill. -Mike | |

2. Went out with a girl that was sweet (or so she seemed) but while we were dating - met a guy in a bar, slept with him, then told me in an email she was moving in with himn (this was two days later).
My greatest fear? I am looking for a long term relationship. I am terrified that I will put two or three years of work into the relationship, marry her, then have her turn on me. Oh, wait that happened too. She wanted 40K to go away quietly.
I guess my greatest fear is being with someone that does not care as much about me and I do about them. Or, it could be marrying someone that is so headstrong and argumentative that life with them is a nightmare of arguments and fights over nothing. I really do not ever want to be a house at war. | |

Then I asked her if she wanted to hang out and go on a date at some point, she like went into a mental melt down and says we're moving too fast. I'm like "Whoa whoa... you can't finish the race before you even register." Short story even shorter, she totally went berserk and vanished. I'm just kinda like, "Whatever that was all about..." 
That's one of the reasons I'm convinced there's way too many nutjobs hidden on this site. | |

Plus con women or con men pretending to be women. Just tell people who you are going out with, where you are going, where the other person lives.
As for your bullet points:
*Romance and commitment itself. - not afraid of it
* Men/women fear of stalkers or the mentally unstable. - ha! I get the mentally unstable half of the time!
*The Gal that might very well be a guy ( trans-testicals). - eh not a fear if you look at the hands
*As a man, I'm afraid of very Little. - I'm afraid of a lot!!!
*Getting trapped into marriage. - my last girlfriend almost did that to me
*Merely approching a woman for fear of rejection. - I fear no rejection, because I've been rejected too many times to realize it doesn't hurt.
* Being falsy accused of rape or beating a woman. - happened to me! Girl lied about her age then told me her real age 4 months into dating. I tried to dump her and she told me she'd tell everyone I raped her. Tough telling people a virgin raped you.
*Fear of being attacked, raped or murdered. ( yes this can happen to men too). - Oh yeah all the time!
*Being manipulated, controlled, loss of identity. - I've been massively manipulated before by some pretty big lies.
*He/she will laugh at me. - Yeah I'll laugh at me too :-) I do some silly things! | |

Posted: 10/30/2009 4:44:37 PM | Ok, here it is, I dont dance, I never have, I have no inclination to, I dont find it fun (being around it) , I dont like hip-hop, club, twosteppin, waltz etc. I have no sence of rhythme and I just lack the coordination or flexibility for it.
(yes I have tried classes, they are abysmal)
