Some people seem to think my profile is funny......the sad thing is that I was actually trying to be serious!

Well.....Only mail I get is from people that think my profile is funny. Its actually honest and thats the funniest part about it. If people just relax and write some stupid crap about themselves it keeps the profiles from being a bunch of nose bleeds.

Read this woman's profile that was mostly generic and then at the end she wrote:

"I once tried my hand at gardening and landscaping; started by digging a hole in my backyard when I was thinking of whacking my ex-husband."

I was not sure if she was joking or serious. Either way, I'm up for a challenge and I wrote her.

This one brought out all the comedians eh?

It's important to say some things you like, don't like, and would like. But I think you can mix that in to a profile that is like conversation you would have to show what you ARE like. We're all basically in it for the same things but profiles that limit it to just those give no insight.

I wonder how a profile would come out by filling in your wants, needs, interests, and parenthood status in the blanks on a Mad-Libs. Somebody try that!
