It was hard for me to go out Fri night after going to a Wake for a 19 year old young man who died from cancer. He's with his angel mother who was a wonderful friend. It's very sad, but they are at peace now. They are always in our heart & memories as Life goes on. | |

Faith, family and friends will see you through. ..and of course prayers...many prayers. I lost many family members when they were way too young but I am grateful that they were in my life for the time they were...and I take comfort in knowing we will all be together again one day. God bless everyone and God bless the USA! I am reminded of a saying someone once sent me "Be kinder than necessary to everyone for everyone is facing some kind of battle." | |

I have a cat who is part Bengal (African Wildcat) & I LIKE being a Cougar/Puma/Mountain Lion! I'm a lioness because I'm a Mom, but I am strong willed, a survior & I'm proud of it! As for age, you are only as old as you feel! I have my limits due to morals, conscience & integerity but there is no age limit when you are just having fun, dancing, being w/ friends. I want to thank Debbie & Nicole for being the first to welcome me into the POF group in Feb. Each event I meet more people/friends & can't wait to go to this dance! I've tried B/4 but something always came up & I couldn't make it to Willowbrook. I was so disappointed I couldn't go to the picnic & I had even baked sugar cookies w/ a fish stamped on them!! Anyway, enough rambling.... I'll see you all on Fri!!!! I can't wait!!!! | |

Whoever said it's like full time job keeping up w/ these posts is right!! Anyway.....Dang, looks like I missed a lot by leaving at Midnight last Fri! Next time I won't schedule an appt early the next morning so I can hang around for the festivities!!! I better some have more wine so I forget my depression of getting old!!

Can't stay away from there too long. Good place to dance your cares away. Karen (Diamond) great to see you signed up, girl..long time no see! And again a big WELCOME to all the new people. Can't wait to meet all of you. Feel free to dance in the circle of dancers if you hear a good one and don't want to sit it out! If you come alone, feel free to join us the POF table with the red balloons. Last time we had a great table of people and we were all friends before the end of the night.
