Posted: 10/12/2009 12:35:53 AM | Carol we really know you weren't in the corner neither was Ray....lol....I am sorry too about not being in plainfield and that we will be split up but there is definately going to be alot of dances coming up....I am co-hosting the dance in willowbrook my ultimate favorite dance floor......we are all going to dance at the Blur...and Ray I will definately back you next time...but Laurie's daughter 21st birthday and she is like a neice to me....but you can count on this puma backing your next dance up.....you guys will have a blast.....and as for you age and gender you too have restrictions...but I don't understand ...I thought you made someone a favorite you can e-mail them....try making me a favorite.... | |

Posted: 10/13/2009 4:37:36 AM | Just wanted to welcome to "chicagocubana" and others who have signed up. Also want to respond to two emails I did get. Just so you know about the attendance.
1st) Welcome to those that have signed up and possibly have been reading messages from some of us that have attended dances in the past. Many of us met our first time at a POF dance and have made some good friendships and always looking to expand the circle.
2nd) The way POF events work, people with 10 miles are notified via a mass email when the event's mass email is sent. This was sent by Laurie on my behalf because it's my first event and you need a minimum of 20 people to send it yourself. If "Mail" restrictions prohibit "Searching4him" to send an email to them, they would not be notified of the event. Mass emails can only be sent once. So if you feel there isn't enough "Men" or "Women" you're welcome to view peoples profiles on POF and send them the link to this event and ask if they'd like to attend. If they don't know the can look at their inbox and then local events to find these things, they may not be aware that "POF" Events even get scheduled.
Ok, that's my update.
Lastly, if you've been reading this forum, feel free to introduce yourself and say hello. Some of us don't bite lol | |
