if you can dance I'll take lessons. I am down since starting this diet 2 1/2 weeks ago aprox 8lbs of fat which is not that bad. but almost 12lbs of water.

LMAO love it John. I am using that today some how. I dont know how but I am going to use at some point today. I know I miss Deb's posts :( its sad when she doesn't post. I also miss when Nicole doesn't post either. It seems like you and me John are the most active posters. Well you me and Karen under your name 3 more days wow time has certainly flown.
