Posted: 9/27/2009 5:56:51 PM | hey youngwolf I know you didn't mean anything about my age....and as for the throwup TMI ...lol....John I have a saying I go by and firmly believe...be who you are & say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind....just enjoy everyday and I told you the friendship is the greatest just being spontaneous and doing things like Laurie and Mark did last nite...all fun and a whole bunch met at Bourbon street last week for dancing and after da bears...I felt like Cher that day changing 3 times actually....wore 1 outfit to my grandson's football game and then changed into carribean clothes for the carribean music and then into the bears jersey and jeans.....and by the way I saw all the messages before you said something about the 69th message you go John..... and I love what you think this site is all about and Dave where did you go that you were counted out of....no one can ever count you out our bodyguard security guard a jack of all trades that's you Dave.... | |

Posted: 9/27/2009 5:57:53 PM | Trucker you would have flipped if you have saw me last night. But apparently the ladies there loved it. They brought me up on stage at the beginning do to my love lovely outfit and my no shame attitude.  Lorie and her daughter were awesome that night. It was really cool to have them along. POF seriously does help people make awesome friends. I hope when I decide to play Rocky they come a long and see me do it. I mean whats more fun that looking at wolfie dress up in all of his wonderful outfits and dance around on stage. The only downside was I ended up with a major blister from the heels  yes heels. I was a giant all night though like 6'6 or 6'7 thanks to them. From the photos of that night I towered over everyone. I will probably be going back next week anyone can shoot me a message and find out more about if they want. | |

Seriously showing that POF transcends boundaries. People coming from all over to go out and have some fun. It is an amazing thing. You dont find this from other sites out there. Trust me I've been on others and saw nothing like this. This becomes hand down my favorite site not just for dating but for the amazing friends we find along the way. Now maybe its just me but in the long run if I had the choice between a girlfriend and a friend I'd take a friend. I always have said this motto when dating. "No one comes before my friends in a relationship because long after were broken up, my friends are gona be the ones to be there to pick up the pieces" | |

If your ever up for training with someone new your welcome to join my crew for our speed day lower body day one day, I'd message you the info but you only take emails from woman. For my training up until December it is a deadlift specialization cycle. Its not to complicated or rough for someone who does more bodybuilding training except in the soreness level if your not used to dynamic work.
Basic run down all 30sec to 1 min rest
8 sets of 2 50% max squat speed focus raw
8 sets of 1 50% max deadlift belt and suit (you dont need that stuff though)
2 sets of front squats
3 sets of reverse hypers (Gods gift to a powerlifter)
2 sets of heavy side bends | |
