I will have to block out the faces in the photos before sending them. They are photos with at the time were just random girls who approached me and my buddy (one of my old high school friend came along. Used to be one of my closest friends in high school but we lost contact) By the end of the night though those girls became awesome friends along with their guy friends. They were the ones who pushed me into being rocky. So over we partied with POF friends then after that partied with new friends to probably would have gotten home at like 6 am but my buddy alas had work and I needed to train. Fun is worth a lot but 1st place trophies and big benches and deadlifts are worth much more. Though I will say some of the woman who approached me on our way out did say I was quite sexy. A little weirded out by it but it was all cool. They said next time I need shave my legs and my chest and get some nice black stockings lol A 250lb powerlifter dressed up this way a sight to be hold. A chance to show off all my hard work

WOW that's a pretty intense workout. I super set 1 week and then powerlift the other> I use leg press machine the smith and the hack squat machine.

3 sets of 21's on the leg press machine as a warm up.

load the smith and hacksquat with 50%

do 20 reps squat go right to the hack machine 20 reps and then back to the smith for 20 reps no rest. rest for 2 minutes and hit it again for 3 full sets.

It really pumps your legs. ill give yours a try don't do reverse hypers though explain?

Its a specialty machine that costs about 3k thank God my gym has one. I am looking into getting one made for much cheaper, a friend may be getting of his as he's leaving the sport. It is designed to work the lower back and hamstring in a relationship to strength. Leg curls take out the glutes. It also helps heal up the spinal disks but basically allowing the spinal fluid to move better through the disks as you train. I use reverse hypers every day I'm in the gym.

The highest reps I do are 8 on anything except for abdominal movements I do about 15. But then again my abdominal movements are not normal. Heavy side bends with a bend far past your knee. Pulldown abs or pull in abs. My favorite I do with my week day crew weighed planks. Before I took my lay off I had gotten to about 180lbs on my back for 60 seconds.

I cant do high reps I'd die lol. My body was never designed for it. Even in strongman if the event was a rep event I had to bust my balls harder than anyone else. Speed is my ability. I am as powerful but if I can get speed behind the lift I'm good. For example half deadlifts I suck at I full deadlift more because I can build up speed.

I understand everyone trains different and every ones body is different. I have a ton of endurance but not a lot of power. I train 6 days a week 1 body part a day. I usually pyramid up and do like 30 sets with 30 seconds between sets lol. I'll do chest 1 day tris the next, bis ,shoulders, back then legs. Mon wed and fri I train abs along with the others lol

Agreed I train very interestingly. I train what was a popular training style called Westside. There have been many modifications to it over the years and I have changed it to fit what works for me.

Its set up like this

Monday-
Max effort bench movement: floor press or 2 board press, or pin press
A heavy tricep exercise 3 sets of 8 reps
A chin movement
A trap movement
I add in shoulder stability and 20 rep hammer curls

Wendsday: max effort lower body
either a deadlift goodmorning or box squat
reverse hyper
abs leg raises or windshield washers

Friday: speed bench
floor press or pin press wide medium narrow grip
lockout training
rows
stability work for shoulders
hammer curls 20 reps

Sunday
as I said above

then 50 rep tricep work in the am and pm every day I'm not benching.

I dont even get sore anymore but I get tightness that lasts for days. my lower back is always tight now in days Im deadlift twice a week now so my lower back is fried. Thankfully I'm dieting down on high carb which helps.

Most girls cant handle dating us Deb because of our dedication. I have lost many many relationships because girls have said your sport or me. I have always told woman my dreams of breaking records and being well known in the sport is on the top of my list like my doctorate in psychology. Which is funny as most woman when they see me think meat head with no brains. Funny part 3.8 GPA with doctorate aspirations lol and yep always good to keep us as friends.

by no means do I think you and John are brainless...I actually think it takes alot of self descipline to lift weights and work out and it takes alot of will power to do it....I just wouldn't date someone who does that for a living my own self preference....but you guys are dynamite friends who I enjoy messing with and i think are great but again John has to work alittle in getting out of his shyness and working hard on posts to make the 69th message.....lol.....you guys are great.....

PPPSSSSTTTTTTT I'M NOT REALLY SHY. i'M SURE YOU KNOW THAT ALREADY LOL. I agree with wolf been told by some women they wouldn't date me because I was in too good of shape and made them feel bad about themselves. That isn't a bad thing. I'm looking for a women who is secure in her own skin. This seems to be harder to find then my 300 bench lol.

OK Guys:
Most women think its great to see guys so nicely built. They just assume that if fitness is so important to you, that you are only looking for a woman is also so ripped and cut......which most of us are NOT. No one should ever have to give up on their dreams for a mate, I will never give us motorcycle riding and snowmobiling. That is why it is a challenge to find someone with some of the same hobbies so you have things in common and can spend time, but yet a little different so you can learn new things. I have 4 months to the big 40. would love to learn some good at home exercises to work on my abs, maybe then I could do something wild and crazy for my birthday....???

I agree with Laurie...I need something easy to do to work on my ABS. At the same time, though, I don't want to lose the boobs I got from gaining weight....LOL.
I need a workout that is not real time consuming...I am up at 4:45 each morning to get to work via train by 6:45. Then I catch the 5:40 or 6:15 train home and don't get home til about 7pm. Need something that I can do easily at work or at home.
Any ideas?

abs is entirely diet. Not what people ever want to hear, but its just the way it is. Hell you really dont even need to train them once the fat comes off you'll have them. Most bodybuilders I know, and I know plenty of them do not train their abs. Abs are a stability based muscle they really don't do anything beyond stability. Think about it powerlifters and strongman need some of the strongest ab muscles out there to do what we do, but all us of with stomachs are there abs on us? Not what people like to hear sadly, but I wouldn't lie. I never tell my clients that I train any different.
