But if you have a stomach all you'll do is tighten your abs under your stomach and it will actually push your stomach out more. I have the solution for all of you. Swimming. it's the best exercise and works almost all your muscle at low resistance. Or my favorite just have more SEX burns lots of calories and speeds your heart rate. John...I asked for an exercise that I can do while at work...I can't swim at work. I know with you being a plumber...you probably can swim at work at times...I work in a law firm, downtown...no pools in the office. | |
