Conservative vs Liberal
If a conservative doesn't like guns, he doesn't buy one.
If a liberal doesn't like guns, he wants all guns outlawed.
If a conservative is a vegetarian, he doesn`t eat meat.
If a liberal is a vegetarian, he wants all meat products banned for everyone.
If a conservative sees a foreign threat, he thinks about how to defeat his enemy.
A liberal wonders how to surrender gracefully and still look good.
If a conservative is homosexual, he quietly leads his life.
If a liberal is homosexual, he demands legislated respect.
If a black man or Hispanic are conservative, they see themselves as independently successful.
Their liberal counterparts see themselves as victims in need of government protection.
If a conservative is down-and-out, he thinks about how to better his situation.
A liberal wonders who is going to take care of him.
If a conservative doesn't like a talk show host, he switches channels.
Liberals demand that those they don't like be shut down.
If a conservative is a non-believer, he doesn't go to church.
A liberal non-believer wants any mention of God and religion silenced.
(Unless it's a foreign religion, of course!)
If a conservative decides he needs health care, he goes about shopping for it, or may choose a job that provides it.
A liberal demands that the rest of us pay for his.
If a conservative slips and falls in a store, he gets up, laughs and is embarrassed.
If a liberal slips and falls, he grabs his neck, moans like he's in labor and then sues.
If a conservative reads this, he'll forward it so his friends can have a good laugh.
A liberal will delete it because he's "offended".

Just a reminder---please be sure to click on the RSVP button if you want to attend.
And, if at a later time, you know that you won't be attending, please kindly remove yourself from the RSVP list.
Costumes are optional....And my c0-host and I are not calling it a 'costume party' per se, but a Halloween POF Event. And if you'd like to wear a Tiara or Creative Hat, that would be fun and fine. And if you'd like to wear a costume, that's fine too.
A reminder: We have a great space, and we may not be the only ones in the space---the public is able to come up to the lounge. Any attire or costume should be presentable, for example--no bathing suits or pasties. I don't think most of you needed that reminder. It should be a pleasant and A FUN TIME!! | |

there will be some --not constant---complimentary fries & onion rings at the bar, but you may want to figure that you may want to order some of the delicious food from the Loung MENU. You can see the menu & PRICES if you look at the website, just go to www.popburger.com and click on the East 58th Street LOCATION, and then the LOUNGE MENU, so you can get an idea of pricing. THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS! THE QUALITY IS VERY GOOD. You'll see a great food selection.....burgers, salads, and much more....lobster rolls...steak, so PLEASE TAKE A LOOK. LOUNGE MENU is what you want to view, not the restaurant (street level) Menu.

and was truly laughing out loud reading your profile. I thought of writing a similar
profile many times and had a good laugh thinking about it BUT YOU did it. Very witty, very funny. I'm interested in men/ one good one would do/amen/ but may attend this party knowing there will be witty, intelligent people like you.
