I agree most of it was mental but there's a lot to be said for the physical aspects of her nipple being more sensitive due to the ring.
Actually I think it is more physical than mental. I would bet she enjoyed it when you played with her nipples before they were pierced. I also disagree with the statement on being more sensitive due to the ring. They were just as sensitive before but when you flick the ring with your tongue it will give it a different possibly better sensation.
