Ever feel like or been a starter significant other?

When I was 19 and didn't know better I thought I wanted him back, when really it was just a blow to my ego that he had enough of my crap and was over me.
I screwed up , he had enough.

I grew up. The end.

LOL Rick!

Nice one (as usual).

I tend to be the one who holds on to everything until there is absolutely no reason to stay and then when I leave there is no turning back hence there is no day I have ever "gone back to my past". But I have had a couple of guys come back later and declare that they know, bla bla bla and all that other nonesense that you are meant to be, it is usually very hard to convince them that it ain't happening. I give many many many (too many) chances but when my mind is made up its the END (as Rick would say hihihi).

I felt used like that with a guy I dated halfway through college. It felt like we were headed for something permanent until he cheated on me with one of my close friends. I think he just wanted to experience what having a serious relationship was like, up to a point, but then blew it all away because he wasn't ready for it. It sure f***ed me up! I was an angry, crazy, drunken, man-eating **** for a couple of years after that! (I've calmed down a lot since.)

This is odd.
But this post just made me think of all my men....

And you know what?
Not one of them has moved on to another relationship with another female post-me....

Think I made them gay?

Or there's just no other woman who can fill my place in the sheets?

Oh yeah that's IT!!!!!!

This happens to me a lot, virtually with everyone. I think I am just a fallback crutch and now that I am older, I am sick of being a fallback crutch. I used to jump at the oppertunity to have a second chance, but now I'm pretty firm in telling them off.

Maybe I'm not a crutch, but I was a quick ego boost.
