I've had issues ever since I was a teenager. Even then it took a long time. Now sometimes, especially after a few drinks, I don't "finish" at all. A lot of women just don't return my phone calls after the first time. Does getting a second chance in the sack really depend that much on whether or not I have the big "O?" If it is, what should I do about it? Should I tell the truth and say 'I probably won't have an orgasm tonight, but I probably will the next time?' Would a convincing fake orgasm be a better option?
First off, don't fake anything.
Second, instead of engaging in casual sex, consider finding someone you really care about and can discuss these issues with before hopping in the sac.
Third, lay off the alcohol if its making the situation worse.
Fourth, with a lady that you have gotten to know, and would like to engage in a relationship, work together to overcome the problem.
Sometimes oral stimulation will do the trick. Make sure the lady is satisfied first, either orally or with penetration, and then let her finish you off with a bj. Another option is to throw in some anal stimulation of the prostate. This will work wonders for getting you there. However this will require a degree of trust and discussion with a woman that cares about you, and it not the fodder for one night stand sex. If you are able to finish the job masturbating, perhaps you could finish yourself off and let her watch. or get yourself to the point where you know you are going to cum and let her take over after watching your stroke. That way she will feel involved.
