We only offer name tags and gave the bracelets to people who signed the POF guestbook, although someone could have signed the book that was not a member, we didn't intentionally give any to regular patrons of O'Tooles. With as many POF'ers that attend, it's almost impossible to know who is who, but we try our best.
Thank you for your suggestion and we'll continue doing what we can to make the evening fun for all :)
